The customer believes this is unfair and has filed the complaint with the Revdex.comAside from all of this, the customer was ALREADY REFUNDED IN FULL via [redacted] We look forward to resolving this ASAP

Out of the THOUSANDS of these products that we sell, we have a less than 1% defect return rate.? Please understand, we do not wish to cause any heartache or discontent with MrWest?
