Great support, know-how and service. Simple and to the point. Just sit back and let them work. The new website is miles ahead of our old dated mess.

Product Advance took my web site design concept and converted it into a successful, functioning web site for me that I have been using for about 3 years. They know what they are doing.

Product Advance Team

I was sold on this company building a new website for me at first, after all *** ( Sales Manager- Owner) he just said all the right things...

This is what I experienced :

I hired Product advance and payed $1650
I received the first draft 10 weeks from the time I hired them ( late)
The layout was boring, simple and not at all following my design interview...
the logo looked like child's play ( both attempts)
Wrong pictures and write up where uploaded ( the tutor said... don't worry you can change anything to your liking)

Yes - however I paid $1650 for what than?

Product Advance provided only 10-15% of actual website design, I did the rest. What you see when you look at www.ToDoListKeyWest.com is the result of my creativity and work.

After many grievances, delays and frustration I got my website competed,..
I tried working with the ticket system however it takes 2-5 days to receive feed back.
When I called the office only *** would answer and that was 2-3 days out of the week.
There is no 24/7 customer service available

I came to the decision that I could not use their hosting services because of all the problems and delays ( 1 year of hosting was included in my package).

I asked to transfer my website to a new hosting service "Bluehost"

It is ONLY than, that *** told me that my website will only work on their platform !?!

WHAT ????????!!!!!!!!!!!!???????

I paid them $1650 to build me a professional website,... that's it.

This company withheld basic important information in order to gain my business.
I asked them for a refund they denied, and I did not get my website.
I had an attorney submit a letter on my behalf to motivate a refund, they denied and tried to say I was harassing them..
Keep in mind I am in Oregon and their offices are in South Florida.

After 6 months of back and forth I decided it would cost much more to fly, get lodging and pursue a lawsuit,... so I moved on.

My solution :

I bought 3 year hosting from Bluehost $300 ( Product advance $200 a year)
I purchased my website theme for $45
I hired WordPress Live for 2 months to help me rebuild my website ($149 a month, cancel anytime and rehire anytime)
I have full ownership and control of my website
Bluehost has 24/7 live person Customer Service ( great !)
+ ticket system, email

What I found out in the process of rebuilding my website is that, I never had full control or ownership of my website with Product Advance.
I was locked out of my website cpanel (control panel),..
This way whenever I would need any new apps or addon put into my website,... I would have to pay Product Advance an inflated $$$ to get the app or addon.

So I recommend BLUEHOST my friends,
Best of Luck !

Sincerely,

/ ToDoListKeyWest came to us after a disagreement with her previous web developers. After some discussion and a review of our previous work, she agreed to our process of website development. During this time she was very pleasant with our sales team.

Once our teams reached out to her she was a different person. During our time working with her she had verbal conflicts with multiple team members and went as far as threatening individuals over things such as uploading pictures. She worked with multiple, experienced web designers on our team and rejected any advice she was given.

Ms. threatened lawsuits and negative reviews immediately to several people before she even submitted her information.

We wanted to make her happy and so throughout this process we went above and beyond to build her a total of 3 separate and different custom websites, each with every function she requested. We also custom designed two logos for her at no charge and made revisions to those. You can see the sites at the links below.

VERSION 1
http://todolistkeywest.cloud451.com/

Though our teams followed her instruction to a TEE she did not like anything about the version 1 website.

VERSION2
http://tdlkw.cloud451.com/

Working closely with Kataryna Slodowski / ToDoListKeyWest our teams made Version 2 using her specific direction.

She approved this version of the website and expressed her happiness to us in an email. She scheduled her telephone tutorial and also complimented our teams in writing.

After making some additions to it via her control panel, she took the website live and used it for over 60 days. At this time she wanted to incorporate additional booking features based on a site she had seen online.

Our teams expressed that this would be no problem however, it would require a small additional cost to implement.

This was when the situation escalated beyond repair. She demanded that this had been a feature she requested originally, despite the fact that it was not in our agreement with her (which she signed) or listed on her invoices. She had made no mention of these features before.

After 3 websites, a written approval, a 2 hour telephone tutorial, various other extras and 60 days live on the web we could not offer a full refund. In an effort to appease her we offered her a portion of her money back.

She migrated her website (and our work) to another provider after we completed the project to her many requests (even when those requests were against our recommendation or best practices for the web).

Though she claims shes now done it all herself for $50, looking at her website in the review she posted and following the link which comes up as a malware warning, should be example enough of why she is not being honest in her review.

After moving the website, she then proceeded to have her attorney send a demand letter. Our legal teams advised us against accepting her deal and she did not have any basis to file lawsuit.

Based on the multiple conflicts and her manic explosions, we beleive Ms. Slodowski is not fully in control of her emotions. Our offer for a partial refund was always available however, we caution anyone who does business with her or ToDoListKeyWest, to monitor her emotions over a period of time before committing.

Our customer portal has an email record of all of these events including her approval of the website and request to take it live.

Customer Response • May 04, 2018

Produce Advance was the first company I hired to build my website.
I had the disagreement with only them.
I spoke 95 % to ***, once to the person giving a tutorial, and when I couldn't reach anyone I once spoke to an elderly gentleman which informed me that *** was in fact one of the owners.

I never spoke with any web designers, I have all the emails to show the facts.
There where 2 sad version created.
I created the final result.

The website Product Advance created was broken in a zip file and was untransferable.
I rebuild my new website with BlueHost.

I never threatened anyone,... I am in Oregon and their offices are in South Florida.

Product Advance you have no shame or honor !

I'm sharing my experience so that other people /business, don't have to go through this kind of a wasteful experience.

I do recommend trying BlueHost because it has been a pleasure for me to deal with everyone and there are always answers and solutions.
24 /7 LIVE Customer Service !!!

My project was started on 8/7/17 and I was told that it would take 30 to 45 business days to complete. It is now 10/30/17 and I have still not gotten a response via their ticket system more have I seen any sign of my site being started or completed.
