I Called them after I paid $87.99 for a windows 10 upgrade so I go to anytime windows to add the key.it says it's an invalid key and won't work then he tells me you cannot add the key to anytime upgrade.which is kinda suspicious to me.he then tells me to upload windows 10 well I try this and it won't upload windows 10 because of the updates that it has to load then he telld me I need to download the iso file or the rufus program what the heck really why should I have to go thru all this malarkie to upgrade windows 10.to me this is bad customer service I asked for a refund and they basically told me NO I said I would go to the bank and dispute the charge I see other negative on here so that will help my case .[redacted] knows who I am because there email wouldn't working coming to my email it took then almost 45 min to get the email to work I want my money back this is a stupid way to sell key codes and have to go thru all this [redacted] just to get windows key to work ..next time i'll go thru Microsoft BUYER BEWARE SPEND THE EXTRA LITTLE MONEY AND GET SOMETHING YOU WILL BE SUPPORTED WITH LIKE MICROSOFT [redacted]

On 9/12/16i purchase. Windows 10 key for my son's new PC build. When it was time to unlock windows to our surprise the key did not work I tried several time to no success. The following Monday I emailed the company a gentleman named [redacted] contact me and wanted me to try to call in the Keys when I called Microsoft and gave them the Code they told me the keys overused and it would not honor the keys so I contacted product key Downloader told them what Microsoft said they told me that Microsoft was lying to me and they don't like what they do and what they do is legal here in the US and in Europe which I found out later after talking to Microsoft for 2 hours that it's a lie Microsoft does not honor used keys and it is very illegal here in the states to sell used keys I also filled out a scam report Microsoft instruct me not to talk to them cuz they're scam artists be very careful buyer beware I have lost $60 and still have to get my kid another license I try to exhaust all avenues to get new license in the guy just wants me to give him authorization codes to my son's PC

Since I try to keep the costs as low as possible, I was looking for an alternative to the $300 that my hardware manufacturer wanted to charge me for an operating system. When I found ProductKeyDownloader, I was skeptical because the cost of the license was less than $70, but I though I would give them a try to see what happen. If the licenses did not work, the least I would be out was $70. The licenses worked well and I was able to activate the OS with Microsoft. I have now purchased 6 licenses. The latest purchase provided me with one license that Microsoft informed me was invalid. I notified customer service and was immediately provided with a new license key. That key activated without issue. ProductKeyDownloader has allowed me to save $230 in costs to produce each kiosks.

Excellent service in helping me to figure out a way to load Windows 10. Peter was very patient and diligent with calling me, walking me through it and then remotely handling my computer to guarantee proper install.

For me this was a complicated install but the support team helped immensely and the final installation was flawless. I would shop with this business again.

I was very worried about buying from this seller since the price was so low and too good to be true. Finally I decided to try my luck after reading reviews in this site. I bought a new license for Windows 10 Pro. since my laptop has problems with license key after upgrade. They send a new license key the next day even though it was a Sunday. The Windows activation and successful and everything worked smoothly.
