***,I wanted to take a moment to respond to the complaint filed against Productive AV (PAV) Below I have outlined what I feel is an accurate representation of what happened based on Ms [redacted] statement.-Ms [redacted] had an original bill that was past-due for one year after previous services were completed (Terms were originally pre-pay) Because of this our policy is for her to pre-pay for the event this year-Regarding the complaint of “overcharging” – PAV has a three page contract which the client signed and agreed to the terms and final amount.-PAV’s onsite staff has over years of experience and is very knowledgeable on how to run events at the given venue ( [redacted] ) Staff arrived at the time specified on the contract and even prepared for the event the previous day to ensure a smooth start.-PAV offered to help in the form of a standard discount amount on next services.-It is believed by PAV that the reason these events may not have run to Ms [redacted] expectation is that the event overall was planned and executed poorly by her and her staff This scenario has happened two years in a row which shows a consistency to the event being poorly planned and executed by her and her team As a result the venue because of this trend has also decided to no longer host events by Ms [redacted] going forward To note, Ms [redacted] at the end of the show went up to Productive AV’s staff and thanked them for their help and putting on “a great show” We are sorry that she was unhappy by the outcome of her event but PAV has taken every step per our contract to ensure and provide a good event where we are involved We are not to be held accountable to actions held by the hosting client that cause an event to go poorly.Thanks for your help and consideration for upholding what the majority of our clients to believe is a stellar reputation for providing great A/V services for every event we take part in Sincerely,Juan B***, OwnerSimple Reliable Solutions
