We have spoken with [redacted] and resolved the situation His window has been installed and he seems to be very happy with the outcome

In response to the letter sent by [redacted] ***, [redacted] went to J [redacted] residents on August 18, to give him an estimate on windows to be installed When [redacted] went to do an estimate he told [redacted] that their is a to week waiting period because of how busy that we were at that time All customers are required to give a 50% down payment at the time of signing the contract and [redacted] would have never told [redacted] that his windows would have been installed quicker with the 50% down payment [redacted] also stated that The contract that he signed says that it would take six to eight weeks to get the windows in, but in the contract it actually states that The time between when your order is placed and when the windows are ready to be installed, though not guaranteed is typically to weeks We also had done a measuring audit which we had called [redacted] and set up to have someone go to his residence to remeasure the windows because [redacted] had had some mismeasures and we wanted to make sure they were correct This did not hinder the time in which his windows were installed We had communicated several times and kept in contact with [redacted] about how things were proceeding on his windows They were installed in the time frame that he was told that it would take At no time was anyone here in our office either rude or inconciderate to [redacted] ***

Windows was installed on 11-18-17the installers were extremely professional.im seeming a billing adjustment for the unprofessionalism and dishonesty of the manger, ministered of assistant and sales representative.I feel that by their actions an adjustment of 40% to be reimbursed
since payment is in the process of being made in full
