Good morning ***,
I know you're busy but thought you'd find this additional information of interest, as did I I noticed that *** ***, who complains about his edging not being up to par, is selling his home In his listing he has photos, of which prominently show off his edging Additionally he states in his listing that his property is "well landscaped and hardscaped" Our edging is his only hardscaping and part of his landscapingI find it very aggravating that he would state our edging is not worth the money yet he shows in the majority of his photos that the edging DOES look good… AND then he states verbally how nicely landscaped his yard is!
This is the link: ***
I wasn't going to respond to all of this anymore because I know you're so busy… even THOUGH I thoroughly enjoyed our last chat! I honestly am still laughing about some of the things you told me!! Feel free to call me anytime!
Best,Samantha

*** ***,
I do not accept the response made by the business to resolve this complaint:
MsP***'s letter, dated March 29, 2015, did nothing to address the issues with the edging Much of her response was used to endorse her business and company's reputation She also spends a large portion of her response to discuss the color variation and process which was never part of my original complaint My concern is the deterioration of the product Per the company's website, they market and advertise a "permanent solution" for edging and yet after just over a year, several portions are deteriorated beyond repair In addition, their website states their "product doesn't rust, warp, separate or rlasts virtually forever" Since MsP***'s letter does not provide an explanation for the deterioration, one can conclude that it is due to deficient product or improperly mixed materials as evidenced by numerous submitted photosMsP***'s strong allegations of me damaging the edging are unfounded and unexplained Her letter states "he didn't care for his edging properly" However, I followed all instructions in the care document given to me after installation She further states that I want to keep the edging for free This was never part of my initial complaint I never asked for anything for free I simply requested that the deterirorating sections be repaired or replaced.
Regards,

Dear [redacted]:Enclosed please find our response to the above-referenced complaint. We can assure you that receiving complaints is not a norm with our company. As a matter of...

fact, curbers from all over the place, Vancouver, Wisconsin, South Carolina, etc. contact us to see how we do some of the things we do. We are professional, innovative and have an exemplary reputation in the industry but more importantly with our customers. We'd be happy to produced testimonials if you would like to see them. A few are posted on our website and [redacted] page.
Prior to this filing, we offered a more than fair resolution to [redacted] even outside of the window of his contractually agreed upon warranty, which he refused. The details of which you can see in our response.
Our concern is that this complaint will unfairly damage our reputation. We petition to not have this complaint reflected online as one against us as this is a case of a homeowner who has damaged his product and wants to blame us rather than own up to his misuse. His motivations are clear. He wants to keep the edging for free. This isn't a just result.
I've left you another voicemail. He also filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. I don't know how we are to use two mediators for the same situation. Perhaps we can discuss telephonically or you can reach me via email at Samantha [redacted].com.If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### or my above referenced email address.J. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

I am rejecting this response because:  Although this business does not seem to want to stand behind their expensive product after a year and a half, other consumers should know that they will not and should hear about the experience that I have had with their business.  Although I wanted the business to fix the damaged sections, I would also like those potential consumers to know that they will not be able to do this and that their home investment could potentially become worthless.
Regards,
