Worst customer service ever they hang up on you and don’t provide you any information ruined a birthday party and still won’t return my money

Bad Bad BadMy company bought Mini IPads for Xmas party, we only received but on packing list says I been calling all day and I only got a voice mail, I sent emails and still no respondDo not buy anything from this companyWe bought these Ipads thru Walmart.com

I have had the worse business with this companyThey are a 3rd party through *** and basically placing all blame on *** I ordered something off Walmart.com which turned out to be a Proelectronics item and was sent the wrong item! Their argument is that *** had the wrong picture for the item they were selling and that is why I received the wrong item! Now not only could I not return this to *** I also had to pay for the return shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee for something that was not even my error in the first place! Spoke with this company over the phone as well as email and they are completely rude and unprofessional! Would not recommend anyone to order from this company

I purchased a GoPro Hero 4 Silver from ProElectronics Distributing through Walmart. I ordered the item on November 27 with a scheduled delivery date by December 7. That date came and went. UPS Tracking shows a label was created but the item never shipped. ProElectronics told me the item shipped an that UPS would investigate. After I talked to UPS they advised the item was never shipped therefore an investigation can not be initiated. I have repeatedly called the customer service line, left messages still no response. I just want my GoPro Hero 4 so I can give it to my son for Christmas. Not a good experience with ProElectronics so far.

Ordered two [redacted] consoles and only received one. It clearly shows that both were paid for & Walmart confirmed that as well. Called a million times, left voicemails & emails......no response. I want my game or my money. This is ridiculous!

I purchased a video game for my 17 yr. from the Walmart site and needed to return it. I didn't realize I was ordering from a third party. I took it to Walmart and they said I would have to return it to this distributor. They also assured me there would be no problem. I received no info in the package about returns. After several e-mails to co. and many phone calls and voice mails left I still have not heard from them. Today I took it back to a store and took a loss on it just to get back some of my money. What kind of Co. is this with no way to get in touch. Unless you are positive you won't need to return it, don't order from this Co. You will never hear from them again.

Shipped on time and quickly.

I purchased an item through Walmart.com (Marketplace) that was being distributed by ProElectonics Distributing, prior to Black Friday. I received e-mail notification four business days later indicating that my item shipped. My credit card was charged. The day prior to the expected deliver date (over a week after the e-mail was sent and approximately two weeks from the original order), I tracked shipping just to ensure I would be home when the item was scheduled to arrive. Only then, did I realize the item never even reached UPS. The vendor only printed a UPS printing label and never delivered the product. I e-mailed the vendor through the Walmart portal and also called directly. It took a full 24 hours later for a response, but I received a terse e-mail indicating a glitch in their system and they did not have the product. So, not only did they not ship my item, they oversold and apparently never had it to ship. Walmart issued a refund to my credit card. While I received my money "back", I do believe it is illegal to charge ones credit card without actually shipping the item. I, further, have no respect for a company that waits for the customer to point out their error to refund money rather than owning up to the error the second they realize their item has oversold....I wonder how many other people's money they are holding onto?
