Please cancel my order. I do not wish to receive this product any longer. I have been trying to find the correct customer service website to cancel but this is as close as I get. I do not see any benefits from this product and do not wish to receive it any longer and my credit card to cease to be charged. Thank oy Sandy Darif

This product gave me bacteria vaginosis after 2 days I stopped using immediately. They need to take this mess off of the market, this stuff could kill people! Warn everyone!

I was not given the opportunity to try the product long enough to determine whether or not I liked it. Desired settlementprofemin needs to change their practice of charging consumers immediately for their product order, when they state you will only be charged a certain amount. Be up front about charges and expectations. Business response 6/2/15 our records show that ms. [redacted] has only been charged to date as advertised the s/p and ca state sales tax of $17.70. The delayed payment was pending and has since been cancelled. She has contacted customer service and per the notes in her account her bank has put a hold on the funds, not us. She was not scheduled to be charged by us until after 6/23 as advertised for the delayed payment. I too believe it is her bank as this is a standard offer we advertise and we would have more people complaining if we were holding their money and this is the first we have heard of it. I certainly do apologize for the inconvenience. Again, the pending payment has been cancelled-so her bank should have released her funds and future shipments have been cancelled as well. Thank you.

After watching an infomercial about Menopause I called and ordered the trial size for supposedly "free but pay only shipping and handling costs of $17.95" if after 30 days another $79.95 would be charged.However, that did not happen. Instead, I was charged $97.89 for a trial product.
