No matter what I do, I can not get them to send me a bill so I can pay them I received monthly bills up to a certain time, and paid them each month, but the bills stopped coming out of the blue I called AT LEAST times requesting a bill be sent to me before I finally received oneAt first I was told that they couldn't send me a bill anymore because of the status of my account (which made no sense, since I had been making payments each month) When I requested to speak to someone else, I was told that a bill would be sent 6+ phone calls later and I finally received a bill and was told I would be getting them each month moving forward I didn't receive one the next month I called again, and was told one would be sent out that week weeks later I still hadn't received it I called again and was told that it was sent out Monday of that current week (week after they said it would be sent) I still haven't received a bill....still waiting, still constantly calling For a collections agency, they are not very good at doing the things they need to do to actually collect the money

The CSRs need to learn to identify the company in which they work prior to asking any questions regarding identityThe first time I asked who it was, I was given her nameSecond time, I was given the locationFinally, I asked a third time after refusing to identify myself until I was told the name of the company did the CSR identify the company
The call was disconnected after I lost signal

I am still unable to get them to send me a bilEven when I call multiple times each month, I don't receive a billI left the same feedback in July, to which they responded by saying I was set up in their system to receive bills as of JuneI have yet to receive oneIs this a collections company or not?

I was not at all happy with the service provided by Profesional account info...They called my phone several times and would not leave a voice mail I was finally in a possition that I could take the call and they would not give any iformation about who was calling until I gave them personall information not only about myself but also about my year old son I felt this was first off completely inappropriate Though I can understand the importants of trying to verify you have the right people I wanted to make sure that they were a lagitamate company before I actually gave them any info so I hung up and called back When I called back they would not tell me anything about what they do just the name of their company They kept talking above me and not giving me any information and in general were rude and treated me like I was an it for wanting more information that they would not give me I finally found the Revdex.com review online to verify they were a real company It turned out to be a creditor wanting me to pay a small medical bill that was days old Even as I gave them my card information to pay the bill they were extreamly rude I hope no one ever has to deal with this company in the furture but if you do good luck and god bless!

The employees of this company could care less about the customer they are dealing with. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Apparently they assume everyone turned over to this company are deadbeats and just don't want to pay their bill. I was turned over to this company not because I wasn't making a payment but because they wanted a bigger payment than I could afford having several bills after surgery. I had not missed a payment. I will continue to make my payments but don't plan to have any further treatment at the hospital that turned my account over to this company. They certainly do not get an A for customer service.

Although it's never fun to deal with a collections agency I would have to say that everyone I talked to from this agency treated me with much respect. I was in contact with them in regards to an account that was wrongly sent to collections. My account was dealt with immediately on their part and it was taken off of my credit report. I get that people give this company a negative review because DUH, nobody likes people who ask them for their money. I would have to completely disagree. They were very polite and so easy to deal with. I would have to give them a 5 out of 5 stars!

Unlike many of the comments I read on Revdex.com about this company, I had a great experience with them. The hospital refused to speak with me regarding this bill, even after they were the ones that sent a statement to me, saying that I still owed money. Pasi, assisted me with the hospital to verify that this money was paid and that my account was at zero. I am thankful for their help.

Nobody answers the phone or calls you back. The number on the letter is different than the website. The correspondence doesn't make sense, and it is addressed to children.

You should teach your employees to identify who they are and whom they work for before asking identification questions. This is a direct law from the FCC. I will contact the FCC and let them know and since it was recorded on both ends there will be no way to dispute my claim.

My experience has been. On the rare occasion I've needed to talk to someone in customer support they have been friendly, professional and most importantly helpful.

I had a horrible customer service Representative, I was making inquiries about an account that was sent into collections in my name and I wasn't even the patient. Yes my husband was the patient but I don't even have an income he is the insurance is under his name and because he listed me (of course) as spouse I am the one that got sent into collections!!
I wasn't even notified about me trying to settle this account before PASI got ahold of it!! Again I wouldn't have known that I was in collections until I got a statement and YES treated very rudely by this female representative telling me in the most sarcastic of ways that I was responsible for this account and to check the laws in my state...needles to say I've already contacted a lawyer and he wanted to know how many times I was told that MY name was being sent to collections before it was done... NONE!!!!

This is a very bad company. I have a small medical bill that I am making payments on. They called my emergency contact (gotten from my medical records) which I feel is against their privacy rights. I was there when the call came in. I took the call. They immediately began harassing me and asking me to pay more money. I explained that I was unemployed and was just recovering from a serious illness. They continue to send me 3 invoices a month and have turned me in for bad credit. Watch out for these people. They can harass you but when you stick up for yourself they turn you in and ruin your credit!

I called this company after my hospital stay of four hours turned into a nightmare with absolutely no help. Then I had to pay for the no help and now I'm having to deal with this company who is not concerned with me. They are only concerned with money and how they can get it right now. They are more concerned to make sure they say there little spill before they speak to you than they are the customer and what they are trying to explain. Any other business would already be closed if this was the treatment they had for their customer. The difference here is that I didn't have a choice to go with this company. This seems like entrapment. I have no options at this point. After reading the complaints, I'm really concerned about the Revdex.com and its A+ rating on this company. I got turned over to them, not because I wasn't paying but because I wasn't paying enough. I haven't missed a payment. I will no longer be using the hospital that sent me to this company and therefore no longer will be using this company.
