purchase a mask at ***, got home it was crooked, contacted them ,they said send it in I sent it and got it back nothing changed on the mask, still crooked by a inch poor workmanship

This company sent us a technician named [redacted] to fix our dryer. He had an appointment to come to our house the following Friday (6/27) around 1-3pm. He did not show up until 6pm. He complained that he was really tired from working on a fridge earlier that day, but to be honest, he looked a little "out of it". He told us he would come back the following day (6/28) around 10-12. That Saturday he showed up at 12:15pm. He also had a young apprentice with him to work on the dryer. They told us that they needed to go buy the motor and that since he was short on funds, I needed to write a check for $150 to cover it. Silly me, I trusted him and gave him the check. He came back 45 mins later with a part and then 20 mins later stated that he needed to go get a tool from Harbor Freight to complete the repair 30 mins later he returned. After another hour, he told us that he broke the fan and would return on Monday (6/30) from 8-10am to complete the repair. Never showed up. Called the Professional Appliance Repair and they couldn't get a hold of him all day. We tried calling his number and someone answered once and said, "wrong number".Apparently this company is just an answering service FOR [redacted] and that they could do nothing to help me or get my money back. They told me he is the ONLY technician there and that this company is basically his, which I highly doubt. They even suggested for me to block my number and try calling him again. Really?I hope other people don't get ripped off like we did. Getting ripped off is a terrible feeling and extremely frustrating.Product_Or_Service: Dryer Repair, Dryer MotorDesired SettlementI would like to get my $150 back. He left to get a motor with it and we were left with a disassembled dyer with a broken fan.

I called Professional Appliance Repair on Saturday 11/15/14 due to an issue with my washing machine. The technician came that afternoon and I paid his invoice of $277.81 with a check. The technician stated that his work was under warranty. After he left, the same problem continued. I rescheduled the technician to come back Monday AM 11/17/14. I confirmed the appointment with him Monday at 8:03 am. He called back at 8:22 am stating he would arrive in approximately one hour. He cashed my check that morning as my bank called me. The technician did not show up or answer his phone the rest of the day. I called Professional Appliance Repair Monday at 5pm and again Tuesday afternoon 11/18/14 and they reported to me that they also could not get in touch with technician.Product_Or_Service: washing machine repairDesired SettlementI would like a full refund of my payment as the technician did not fix the initial problem nor did he return under his stated "warranty".

[redacted]WARNING[redacted]
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
After my dryer stopped drying I didn't know who to call. A couple good, well reviewed companies were too busy to come out right away and unfortunately I couldn't wait. So I stumbled upon this company and I will regret it forever!!! First of all the number you dial belongs to an answering service and they just pass your info along to the owner. I was first given a time between 3 and 5, at 5:05 I called to find out where they were, I was told by the answering service they would find out and call back. 5 min later they did and said it would be 15min they were on their way. At 5:45 I called to cancel and was fed up. 5 min later they finally showed up. I was really hesitant to let them in, but I needed this fixed. First he tells me that he is a professional and has 20+ years doing this so it wont take long. Before long he takes the entire dryer apart, and has parts spread all over my living room and kitchen counters. After 3 hours he proceeds to tell me that it was the heating element and the thermostat. It was going to cost $250 just for the part not including the labor and for the 3 hours he just spent. They first weren't going to leave, walking around my house and checking things out, made comments on how nice the xmas trees were and how xmas must be really good for us. I really started to get freaked out at this point like they were casing the place and wanted to rob me. I had my grandson with me and needed to get him to bed so I used that as an excuse to hurry them out at almost 9 pm. They put the dryer back together (sort of), and left. I could not sleep at all that night worrying they were going to come back and break in (yes they were that creepy when they were casing my place out)
The next day I called the number and was really upset, the person on the phone said they were only an answering service, I told them they were not allowed to return to my house.
I called a really good reputable company and told them the story. These people were actually referred to me by the manufacturer of my dryer. The person who came out was very professional, explained what he was doing every step of the way. He said that this company not only broke the ring around my front loading drying but also took a part with them. He didn't have the missing part but went and got it and came right back. After a few tests (he didn't have to take the whole thing apart like this company did) He said the heating element was fine, it was just a fuse and a loose wire. 10 bucks for the stolen part, a few bucks for the fuse and because he only charged me for an hour of labor. I know he didn't have to but because of this company tried taking advantage of a senior citizen and wanted to make things right, he wasn't going to charge me for anything more.
I wish I read the complaint on the Revdex.com site before I called this company because I would never had even considered them. I also called my aunt and she said that this company also did not fix her dryer but took her for $200.
BEWARE AND DO NOT GIVE ANY BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!","neg-1
