Professional Appliance Repair provided by A-star Appliance

Made an appointment for dishwasher repair a week in advance. Given an appointment with 2 hour window. Left work to coordinate the scheduled time. At half hour past scheduled time called in. They confirmed on list and they were running late. At 1 1/2 hours late called in and was told they had left message for repairman and please give them another20 minutes for return call. No response. The next morning called back to office and was told they might could get to us until after the [redacted] weekend. I indicated that was unacceptable and said I was giving them the opportunity to make this right before I contacted the Revdex.com. The clerk stated do what you want and don't threaten me with a complaint. We were very disappointed by the lack of professsionalism and not following the agreement for scheduled service.
