I recommend using Resort Air for a/c and heating needsThey are fast, friendly and fairMy heat just recently quit workingThe unit needed a replacement part and it was covered under the warrantyI have used them for many years and have been very happy with their serviceI will continue to contact them for any future issues

I would highly recommend Resort AirThey are very professional, prompt and do a great job

We had Resort Air install a 'new' heating and A/C unit, in Destin, FL, which has recently failed Their original paperwork stated 10-year warranty After installation, it stated a 5-year warrantyUpon receiving recent estimates, we were told the current unit was two-years at time of installation (from serial number tag), so either it was a 'used' unit or sat-around for two years...not good

The counter tops in the apartment were found to have multiple scratches, not consistent with normal wear and tear, that resulted in the counter top needing to be replaced. The counter tops have no history of these scratches prior to this...

resident moving in and is the reason they are being held responsible for the damage and replacement cost. We have spoken with the complaining party and agreed to a settlement. This former resident has indicated to us that payment will be remitted.

I agree to pay only because I don't want to ruin my credit record over this and I'm tired of arguing with them over emails. It doesn't mean I'm satisfied with the result. They only showed pictures of the scratches and intentionally ignored the pre-existing crack, which I believe is the real reason of replacement. I asked for 50/50 responsibility sharing, but they only give 10% reduction. I don't think this is fair.
