im so happy I have found Professional auto! They make sure that everything is in good shape. They also let you know what your car needs and what is wrong with your car. They also show you and Explain what is wrong with it instead of just telling you. Their technicians are all master certified so you wont have any problems after your car is complete from a service repair, and the only reason I know that is because of all their certificates are on the walls throughout the building,. Professional auto is going to be my favorite car place to go to and get my car fixed and to buy my cars for my family they are very trust worthy!

My husband and I recently took our minivan here to get the inexpensive oil change, as it was only $15 bucks. Well, after the oil change they gave us a list of things that are wrong with the car that need fixing. Apparently it was leaking oil all over the place, the engine mounts were gone, and the radiator hose was shot. All of these repairs would come to a grand total of $900! Well, I was not comfortable with them telling me the car needed all of these repairs. So I took the car to another shop that I know to be very reliable, [redacted] in Huntertown. They looked over the car and the guy came back and told us there is a slight oil leak, however it's leaking such a small amount it would be silly to spend $500 to fix it (there is no puddle or even drips under the car). The engine mount is slightly worn, and it moves a tiny bit when you take a crow bar to it, however the engine does not move when running or shifting gears. For the age of the vehicle (a '99) it's actually in better shape than you would expect, the loose engine mount is the least of our worries and will likely go another 100K miles. He also said that the radiator hose shows no signs of wear, it is in good shape and there would be nothing to fix.

Overall, it turns out that Professional Auto was trying to do nothing more than take us for a ride. They were looking for problems where none exist, trying to take our money. They lured us in with a cheap oil change, and tried to hook us with expensive and uneccessary fixes. I will not be coming back here, nor will I be recommending others to come here. They treated us poorly while we were there, and tried to con us into getting uneeded fixes. The only positive thing I can say is that the oil change was quick, but only because no one else was there, likely because everyone else already knows about these wolves in sheeps clothing.
