I have been aware of Miss [redacted] ’s issues since the day she moved in She has not been the easiest resident to work with but have continued to try and work with her I approved a rental concession of day of rent and utilities to facilitate her moving into the building On May 12th, she was given a rental concession for referring another resident to the building She has had some valid issues but has been unreasonable in the amount of time she thinks issues should be resolved inHer unit is on the second floor of our building and she is correct that of the blinds installed in her unit were about inches too short to cover the full length of the large windowsThe correct size was ordered from our supplier and took some time to be received because of the size of the window The correct blinds were installed approximately 2-weeks after she moved in Miss [redacted] was then unhappy because the tilt wand was not long enough So we ordered new tilt wands which were installed within a weekThe refrigerator was and still is completely functional since the day she moved in The toe kick plate at the bottom of the refrigerator had simply been popped off Maintenance pushed it back in place upon being notifiedIt is procedure to install new toilet seats for each new tenant Her’s was replaced prior to move in, but apparently it was cracked Once staff was notified of the crack in the toilet seat via the move in checklist that new residents complete, it was replaced within hoursA total of windows in the unit were broken and needed scaffolding to be repaired Two of the windows have already been repaired The other windows could not be repaired until July 9th because the contractor was waiting on parts to arrive The appointment to complete the repair will be completed next weekIf I can be of any additional assistance, please let me knowJudy H [redacted] Deputy Director of Portfolio Management [redacted] ***p: ###-###-####f:###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: corporate in the property manager are not the easiest people to talk to because they are not the ones that have to live there, its been nothing but problems since day one of me moving in on April 28th and I was never given a concession for refering anyone, I would never recommend these lofts to anyone so that is a lie however they did take something off my rent in June because of all the problems and inconvenience they are causing me, and I will be more than happy to send all emails in regards to them never fixing my window they were actually supposed to come out on July 3rd witch they never did and now my intercom doesn't work is always something one problem after another dealing with these people and I don't believe any of the issue has been resolved!!
