To recap our experience:
1) We bought a renewal of PBR tickets for the Tulsa event as members of the PBR fan club. One of the biggest fan club membership benefits promoted is seat renewal.
2) At some unexplained time and with no explanation those tickets were moved without notification
3) Upon arriving to the Friday night event and the realization that our seats were moved we were met with condescending customer service from [redacted] who literally laughed at us
4) After the event it took the PBR nearly two weeks to call us with any explanation
5) When I do get a call from PBR there is a small consolation offer made but with no apology or explanation
Our family has been very loyal customers of the PBR having bought tickets to multiple events throughout the past several seasons. We believed the PBR was an organization which promoted strong values and integrity in their treatment of customers. We are disappointed to learn that trust was misplaced.
