As communicated to the customer the lugnuts had already been ordered. Customer demanded factory parts so I ordered them through *** *** due to their not being a dealership within the surrounding cities. Could of had this taken care of days after the initial issue however
customer has been unreasonable. Again, lugnuts have already been ordered and as stated to the customer will be here on Thursday. I stated I would contact him as soon as we received them. The claim about the other vehicle is inaccurate and occurred months ago. Vehicle was towed in without the airbag system deactivated which is mandatory when towing those vehicles. We addressed a completely separate problem, fixed that problem but now they are claiming we caused a completely separate issue. It is unfounded and I provided documentation stating those facts. I have gone above and beyond with this customer all while he curses and uses profanity and threats.Thanks youJason W***Owner/OperatorProfessional Car Care

I am rejecting this response because: it is inaccurate and I have video of my one encounter with the owner Jason saying he dose not have to replace my parts with the factory parts, he also try's to use intimidation to avoid fixing his and his employees mistakes.  and also pictures of the Lugnuts that he ordered and the damage done to mine. The owner continues to lie me and Lies in his response . I can also obtain a full report of the towed vehicle from [redacted] BECAUSE THEY ARANGED THE TOW! I have sufficient evidence to back up all of my statements.

As I initially stated the lugnuts were ordered and I received them today,Customer can pick them up on Thursday between the hours of 9-5 or Friday between 9-12.This matter is closed!Jason W[redacted]Owner/Operator Professional Car Care
