[redacted]We received the paperwork indicating a complaint was ?led...

against our Company by an individual Iwill not name as I want to follow the rules of the Revdex.com in not releasing personal information. Thisindividual did not hire us to perform a move as was indicated by her complaint. We were hired by nthird party investor who purchased the home at Sheriffs sale and were the legal owners of the property.Their contact information can be provided upon request but for privacy reasons I am leaving it off ofthis response letter. This property was foreclosed upon and the ?ler of this complaint was an illegaloccupant. All legal proceedings were followed to the letter ofthe law, a Writ of Possession was issuedand she was evicted from this residence on 8/2/2017. This eviction was performed under thesupervision of the Philadelphia Sheriffs’ Dept. This individual became so irate, violent anduncooperative at the time of the eviction that the Sher1"i?" had to handcuff the individual and removeher from the site. This was a very large move that required 220 boxes and along with several movingvans. The entire contents were stored and taken to a third party storage facility within the county ofthe eviction as required by law and placed in our clients name as the occupant was unavailable at thetime due to her arrest. We took great care with all contents but the condition of most items was verypoor and almost a hoarding situation. Once placed in storage we locked the facility and did not return. We had no access to the facility as it was not in our name. The property was posted with informationas to how the occupant could retrieve her personal belongings as required by law. We always takedigital photos to document the moves and still have those in a digital ?le. About a week later we wereinformed by the client that occupant was re?ising to transfer the lease into her name which is requiredby the facility in order to gain access. We received a call ?om the complainant who was verballyabusive and making claims that we had illegally removed her belongings and that we damaged themeven though she had yet claimed her personal belongings, did not have access to the property and wasremoved by the Sheriffs at the beginning of the eviction. There was no way she could make thoseclaims without inspection of her property prior which she did not have. I tried to calm her down andexplained that she would have to transfer the unit into her name at the storage facility to claim herproperty. About a week later we began to receive harassing phone calls making false claims of the?and damage. We tried to reason with the complainant but she was so rude and belligerent to our staffwe had to hang up on her and block her number. Due to the condition of the home, her behavior withthe Sheriffs dept and our sta?" we believe this woman not to of sound mind and consider herdangerous. This type of work is very restrictive in its licensure, bonding, and insurance. All providersmust have good standing with the Sheriffs departments they are working with and meet all guidelines. We have been providing these services to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, various banks and investors forovcr 15 years and are considered a preferred vendor for many. This [redacted] claims are absolutelyfalse either fabricated for fraudulent gain or motivated by mental illness. We even went so far as toadvise her to contact the Sherif?s office with her claims or to seek an attorney to represent her so shewould stop calling and verbally abusing our of?ce staff. I value the purpose and mission ofthe Revdex.combut in this case the claims are not only fraudulent but harassing in nature. If your complainant trulywishes to pursue this further we advise she seek legal counsel for her fraudulent claims. Given thelitigious implications of what we do we follow all laws to the letter and take every precaution toprotect our clients and ourselves ?om false claims. If a case is ?led we not only fully intend tosuccessfully defend but to ?le a counter suit under the Dragonetti Act. As I stated before there wereseveral witnesses to this ejectment move such as the Philadelphia Sheriffs Deyt and the legal owner ofthe residence. They can be contacted to con?rm my account of this situation.Sincerely,Chris B[redacted]Business Mgr.
