A technician came to my home name [redacted] he impressed me right away with how courteous and polite he was,he thoroughly explained to me the condition of my carpet and what I actually needed to save my carpet as to I thought I would need to install new carpet in my home which would have been costly I was just trying to buy some time but when he was done I was WoWed with the AWESOME job he performed from the way it looks after it dryed I can honestly say I can probably get another or years out of a year old carpet he got stains out that other past cleaning services could not get out he did areas and stairs and it didnt take all day like it normally would and I enjoyed talking with him as to I found his conversation quite insightful I recommend pro clean to everyone and I would suggest asking for [redacted] sincerly [redacted] ***

Had service done this passed Friday on March 29th, and just want to compliment the company and staff who came out for an outstanding job! I will definitely use them for other services in the future!!!!

I had my carpets cleaned last week Friday by *** He is very pleasant and knowledgeable I would have him clean my carpets again

This customers work was don on Fri Nov 21st. As soon as she called office. I sent techs back out to the house to take a look at any damage that was done. They spackled it for her on the sight. When reading this complaint she never addressed any of these issues
of how techs acted in her home when I spoke to her. When techs were done spackling I gave her a call to inform her to let her know to go to menards for the paint and that if she took a small scrape of the paint they would be able to match it up for her as well and that we would also reimburse her for the paint as well. I also told her when she got the paint we would come back to paint for her and she said "OK" And once again she never brought up any of these concerns again, therefore I do not know how legitimate her concerns are. On Monday the 24th she called me to tell me she got the paint and I said to her I will send the tech back out to paint and her response was " I do not want anyone back from the company I took care of it myself so she said she painted it by herself, so what is with the dishonesty in your statement to the Revdex.com? So then I told her I can send a different tech to pick up receipt for $so we can reimburse her for the paint, and she stated she gets home after 5pm and she can leave it in the mailbox. I did tell her to call when she got home. Two days later she called the office on Nov26th to let me know that receipt was in her mailbox and I told her I would send someone over today to pick up that there must of been a miscommunicationWhen receipt was picked up once again I left a message to let her know we received receipt and that most likely she will get her check in the middle of next week due to the holiday weekend and that check was coming out of my accounting office. I did speak to our tech regarding the stains on her carpets and they were PET STAINS, which are not stains or soil . Any carpet cleaner would offer that as well if you have pet issues even Stanley Steamer for that matter. This could have happened to any company and they would take care of the matter just as we did. We apologized to her regarding the damage that had occurred. I really need to wonder what this is about because I am opening this complaint on the 29th and had two to three conversations and none of this regarding the extra chemical that she neededAfter reviewing the pictures we decided to give her back the paint charge and $5.45, which equals $totalThanks ***

I purchased a "deal" with this company for carpet cleaning services through Living Social. VERY dissatisfied with their work, but mostly their "customer service". It took nearly 3 days for the carpeting to dry and I had to pay to have the carpeting restretched afterwards because of all the water used. Then all the spots that were there before reappeared. And, everything was an extra charge which he claims I was told of before. I only wish I could figure out how to post the "stream of conversation" I've had back and forth with this owner. His whole excuse and buzz phrase is that I have "buyers remorse". The only buyers remorse I had was the fact that I didn't visit the Yelp website first and read all of the negative reviews posted. His other beef was that I didn't complain for nearly 2 months after the service was provided. That was mainly because my husband and I had just bought the house, were going thru renovations, while still trying to get our other property ready for rental. The other reason for the delay was because I was waiting for Living Social to send me something asking about my experience. That's how long it took them to ask me. The owner was angry that I never called them to complain and went the social media route. I'm glad I did it that way after experiencing the way he treats people. He has called me an it, an [redacted], and a joke. Great way to handle customer service, don't you thing! Just to call his bluff I asked for a refund, either full or partial. Well, he blamed me for not saying anything for 2 months and refused. BIG surprise. In conclusion, I have a buzz phrase for him . . . BAIT AND SWITCH!!! The cost skyrocketed to nearly $300 more than I signed up for. Please, Please, PLEASE DO NOT purchase this "deal"!!! And, if you have already had the misfortune of using this company (and I'm sure you've had a bad experience), PLEASE contact the Revdex.com about them as I am doing now. I have also contacted Val-Pak which offers this company's "deals" and asked them to remove them from their mailings.

This customer had called originally for 5 rooms and a hall with me and for 1 sofa.  She had told me the carpets were cleaned a while ago they were self cleaned.  I had explained to her what the coupon was for 39.95 it states on our coupon up to 6ft and her sofa was 7 ft. I told her an xtra...

10 dollars per foot and that we charge for specialty fabric.  She declined carpet analysis and my tech was willing to do the deep scrub on the carpets and a basic steam clean on the sofa even though her sofa stated on their regarding dry clean.  It had a letter code.  Customer was upset that [redacted] asked her for a credit card upfront.  She fails to tell you that as I explained to her and [redacted] as well, while I was on the phone with him, he had explained to her it was to authorize the card, and she had a problem with that.  She fails to understand we were not running her card.  She kept on telling [redacted] while I was on the phone that she has never been treated like this before, therefore she changed her mind regarding the cleaning, and our coupon states there is a traveling charge.  The total was $147 and never did my tech tell her NO.  She told us NO to any authorization of a credit card prior to the services.  When she called me to talk to me after tech left she was so concerned regarding the traveling charge and I explained to her again that we were only authorizing her card not charging, she just didn't get it so I figured it was not worth it.   We told her not to worry about it because I explained to her it wasn't worth our time and I stated to her again on the phone that she wasn't getting charged before hand, we look at credit cards prior to make sure it is customers card and ask for proper identification.  She should be thankful but to act like we were doing something so wrong is quite pathetic, we were doing our job and making sure in these days and ages that the card belonged to the customer that was doing the transaction. Then my partner NOT my husband as she puts it got fed up with the story and called her himself and told her that he was not going to waive the charge.  She mentions that her attorney called and lets get the story straight as her attorney put it he was also her husband who wanted an explanation, well here is the explanation as stated above if you have our coupon still everything is stated on there.  Your wife also states in the beginning of her complaint regarding prices.  Our coupon doesn't say 1 sofa or 1 chair and ottoman for 39.95 it states 1 sofa or 2 chairs for 39.95.  Our prices for 1 chair is 29.95 and our ottoman prices are 10 to 15 per ottoman so the pricing is correct which it is available on our website as well. If you had told me you wanted those pieces cleaned as well I would have given you the prices as well.  So in the future you should tell the person on the other end what else you need cleaned.  We haven't sent you a bill.  I am glad you got your stuff cleaned with a steam clean and our 147 price was a steam clean we never told you we wouldn't do that for you we just have you sign off before we start the work .  Have a nice holiday. I am sure you haven't seen anything in your mailbox bc we never sent you a traveling charge.  This case is closed in our eyes.  Thanks Professional Clean

[redacted], Once again you made an assumption, we, the company would have never charged you more to retreat your spots, if you had made a call you would have not of made that assumption.  I am sorry again that you had an experience like this, but we were willing to correct, when I spoke to you not once but atleast three times you could have addressed these situations and we would have tried to better the situation for you instead you want to use social media as your tool.  There are always too sides to the story and  I firmly believe that.  You had a bad experience and there are many who have had very good experiences and we do have many referrals as well.  Accidents do happen with any company.  But you need to remember you had pet stains at this residence that you moved into and you have no idea when it was last cleaned, or if they have ever pretreated the pet stain prior.  Big factors, but nonetheless we would have come back out and not charge people again.  So in the future you should inquire before you make your own assumptions on how we would have handled it.  Not once was I rude to you I made the efforts and followed through with your original complaint when you placed the call.  And instead of saying ok to me on the phone about picking up a quart of paint and reimbursing you for it and call me so we can send someone to home to repaint and fix damage at that point instead of saying ok.  You should of just told me at that point than having me assume we are on the same page.  But that is how you deal with the problem and that was your decision.  There is nothing unprofessional about these responses, we made an attempt to correct and you chose not to allow us to correct it for you.  No one from company told you we would never do anything for you.  You are just not happy with what we offered you.  Sorry for the dissatisfaction, Professional Clean ([redacted]
