bought 3 american silver eagles from PCG.Was told I could return them for a complete refund by letter from James G. These coins were purchased in March of this year.Still have heard nothing after numerous phone calls. The price for these coins was $699.00. Coins were sent back and signed for on July at 1:05 pm by mark at the front desk.Would like to get my money back

I received 2,000 worth of coins that I did not order. PCG charged my credit card and sent them without my authorization . I decided to keep them. Convenient for the coin company. This isn't even why I am writing this complaint. I purchased 3 2019 $50 gold buffalo 2 of them weren't the right label a cheaper version. I bought the 3 gold coins for 2,800 and was told in 6 months time I am guarantee a 40% profit or 4,000 a piece. PCG will buy the coin back from me. None of this made sense sounded like a ponzi scheme to me. I sent the coin back to the company Jan. , 2019 and was told I would receive a check in 2 weeks. I have call many time and it is now 5 months later and I am still owed 12,000. I now have to get my lawyer involved and the state attorneys office.
