I'm happy with ProCo and that they did return the account to *** Hospital, I informed the hospital of the medicatedMary had failed to get back to me when there was nobody in the officeI have been following up with *** Hospital and realize they need to resubmit this claim with the balance of $I told their billing that my Medicaid wasn't active until the next business day the claim got denied, because the hospital processed this too earlyPro Co was one of the best collection agents to work with, I did loose my employment and was out of work for a while.- If the balance could be forwarded to *** Hospital that's all I ask.Many thanks!!!!! Her Keystone First coverage did not become active until 9/9/2015.
