On April 17", my technician, Gerardo was treating the lawn. When finishing, [redacted] called out from her window to ask what she could do to improve the lawn. He had just applied pre-emergent crabgrass control. He told her that if she wanted to improve the lawn, to put down [redacted] and seed...

on the bare areas. [redacted] went to [redacted] and asked for leaf builder. The sales clerk said they had never heard of it before so instead gave her turf builder and halts which is a crabgrass control (they sell [redacted] on their website).I do not know how she applied it because every time I tried to speak with her, she cut me off. She hung up not only on me but all 3 members of my office staff. She bought the wrong product, didn't read the label/instructions and burned her lawn. She was not interested in what we had to say.She wants a refund but she didn't pay for the service. We did by crediting her account. We have also canceled it.
