On April 17", my technician, Gerardo was treating the lawnWhen finishing, [redacted] called out from her window to ask what she could do to improve the lawnHe had just applied pre-emergent crabgrass controlHe told her that if she wanted to improve the lawn, to put down [redacted] *** and seed on the bare areas [redacted] went to [redacted] and asked for leaf builderThe sales clerk said they had never heard of it before so instead gave her turf builder and halts which is a crabgrass control (they sell [redacted] on their website).I do not know how she applied it because every time I tried to speak with her, she cut me offShe hung up not only on me but all members of my office staffShe bought the wrong product, didn't read the label/instructions and burned her lawnShe was not interested in what we had to say.She wants a refund but she didn't pay for the serviceWe did by crediting her accountWe have also canceled it
