I have submitted all requested funds, in the amount of $23,in a total of wire transfersA certified check was to be delivered to Mexican Customs for my pickupI went to Mexico and spoke to Custom Officials who know nothing of this arrangement nor had had information regarding the person that allegedly worked thereI have subsequently been
horrible collection agency to work with! I asked for a monthly statement from them so I can see what I owe each time. Any other bill I have sends me a statement and it's no charge. But Tanya told me they do not send out statements each month unless I want to send the a postage paid envelope. Well what happens if I forget to send them a payment because I didn't get a statement.. I get harassing telephone calls and possibly court to garnish my earnings. I don't think this is a big request it's only 50 cents at the most!

It is unfortunate that Mrs [redacted] does not approve of our attorney charging for duplicate satisfactions. However, I spoke with her and got her a copy at no charge that her husband...
picked up on 2/15 in the afternoon. This was resolve before she even filed the complaint.
