The issue we have from their work is the bubbling of the paint all over the back lift gate and because it is NOT just on locations where there were magnets. The bubbling on the paint is there doing and if you research other reviews on their paint jobs there were several others who had the same issue. Their paint work is under a lifetime warranty. Not a "2 and a half year" warranty. The issue is not the locations where there was magnets on the back of the car were but the entire back gate that THEY painted.

Review: No one else has ever worked on our van other then Professional Collision. Part of that reason is because of the LIFETIME warranty they provide on all their work. Now if only they would uphold their end of the deal. They had our van for over 6 weeks. After calling every day for a week we finally were told we could come pick up our van, in the middle of the night. So we did. When we looked and saw the next morning, the paint job was so obviously terrible, we couldn't believe it (bubbled all over)... THIS repair was 2 years ago. Right after it happened my husband called and the receptionist again confirmed that yes we can bring it in ANY time and they would fix it. Since it took them 6 weeks and we had just got out van back we waited to take it in. There was no clause on their warranty stating if you did not bring it in between "x,y and z" amount of time that it wouldn't be covered. So when we needed them to repair a bumper we thought this would be a fantastic time to show them in person. The [redacted] refused to fix it, called us liars- "I'm not buying your gig", and swears up and down that his company would never send out something looking like that. However there are multiple reviews all over the internet of bad paint jobs by them. We also are prepared to give a list of names of people who will verify that this paint job is a result of their bad work. The [redacted] was rude, nasty and had terrible customer service. I am very angry that they can provide a lifetime warranty and then think it is okay to NOT stand by their word. They ruined the look of the back of my van and value!Desired Settlement: We would like for them to uphold their LIFETIME warranty on all their work. We want the paint job they performed on the back of our van to match the sides of the van so it doesn't look so terrible! OR the full amount of money to take it to a different location who can actually perform the correct quality of work and has good customer service.
