Professional Consultation Services is wrongly billing me a no-show fee and is unwilling to work with me. Her office called me the day of my appointment and stated that my insurance did not cover my appointment, I said I would not be going to the appointment if that was the case. I received an email after my appointment was supposed to start stating that they made a mistake and that my insurance did cover my appointment. Now she is telling me that I was a no-show. I have e-mail proof of all of this and she is threatening to send me to collections for not paying a "no-show" bill when she admitted in e-mail that I said I would not be going if the insurance wasn't able to cover it. Very unprofessional business and does not care for helping people. She is more concerned about collecting her no-show fee than gaining repeat clients to help them. She is wrong and I have e-mails showing this.

First, please be advised I have turned this matter over to an attorney, who is handling the harassment of me from your complainant. I have all emails from the complainant.

Here is the sequence of events:

1. The couple came in for services on March 8, 2018. All of the intake paperwork is completed at that session. Mr. told my receptionist at that time that if hisinsurance did not pay for the visit, he was not coming to the appointments. He was informed that we do take his insurance. However, we do not confirm insurancepayment from the client's company; they must do this prior to coming in to the appointment if they do not know what mental health coverage they have in theirinsurance plan.2. Mr. signed a copy of the No-Show/Cancellation policy we have of $75.00 on March 8th, along with the other intake paperwork on that date.3. We were notified by our biller that his insurance denied his claim. He, in turn, was notified by the receptionist that the insurance denied the claim and he told therecepti9nist to call his wife regarding this. AT NO TIME did he state to cancel any future appointments. I called the insurance company and it was their error, andthey asked me to have our biller rebill the date of service and payment would be made. My receptionist attempted to call his wife to advise the insurance would bemaking payment.

4. April 3, 2018 was their next visit. They failed to call to cancel the appointment for that day and a text was sent to them the previous day by our billing company as a reminder for the appointment (text was specified by Mr and Mrs *** that this was their preferred method of being reminded of future appointments).5. As a result of failing to notify us of their desire to not attend, they received a NoShow bill from us. They subsequently slandered me on *** Business. He and his wife continued to harass me through emails and phone calls. His wife was verbally abusive to my receptionist, using filthy language toward her. Due to their ongoing harassment of me, I contacted an attorney who is going to address thisissue with them.

All of my paperwork is ethical and legal, as I attended a Law and Ethics Class last year andobtained forms that were legal and ethical for my practice.Thank you for your time and consideration.Respectfully,
