Mrs*** notified us over that her window was leakingWe scheduled and appointment to inspect on Oct 3rdWe were not able to keep the appointment so we notified her and scheduled for Friday Oct 6th with the intention of not just inspecting but also having a crew on site find the problem with the
windowWe met with *** the morning of Oct 6th and opened up the drywall above her window with her permissionWe then sprayed the window using a water hose and found that the seal around the window did not failAs we continued to spray the wall above the window we immediately found where the water was coming fromThe water infiltration is coming in from the seams of the existing siding of her homeUpon further inspection we noticed that all the seams of her manufactured home are failingWe noticed where Ms*** has had sealant placed on all the seamsExcept for the ones high above the windows not to mention she has We made Ms*** aware of this and she has personally seen where the water was coming from and the evident water stains and water trails on the 2x4's and interior of siding which are well above the window at the exact point of the seams that are cracked in her sidingThe result of the inspection indicated that the window is not the source of the leakThe leak is coming from the seams in the siding. In our willingness to help maintain our business relationship with Ms*** we have presented her with an estimate to apply stucco on her sidingAttached is the estimate that we provided her and our stipulationsAs of right now we have to received any cooperation from Ms*** and has since then continued her mission of writing bad reviews on line. NOTE: Video of leak is availableThe file is to big to attachPlease provide and email address so I can forward. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:Professional Contracting did eventually show up to see about addressing the problem after canceling at the time they were supposed to arrive- which was between 2 an 3 pm on 10/04/2017, with no indication on when they were coming. They did show up on 10/10/2017 and started to set up.At this time I showed Filipe where the water was coming from on both windows during the first rain we had over the past weekend.. I also made it very clear that the next day, after the window and wall dried, I had gone over both the tops and sides of both windows heavily with silicone caulking on the outside to stop the leaks. That night we again had very strong winds and heavy rains equal to what we had earlier that caused the leaks, and not a single drops of water entered the house. When I spoke to Scott, and later to Filipe, they had indicated that they were going to "pullout the windows and find out exactly where the leaks were coming from", and that they would "take care of me and fix this problem for good" (recordings are available). What they did instead was cut large interior sheets of drywall 6" over the windows and sprayed high pressure water directly into the walls of my house for at least half and hour. Eventually a small drop of water started to form at one of the seams. I tried telling Filepe that that was no where near the amount of water that was entering the house in less of a fraction of time he had his guys using pressured water. At no time whatsoever did they remove the excess caulking I put on the windows or scary either of the windows in question. He just kept talking over me every time I asked a question and at one point threatened to leave my house the way it was with the drywall, insulation gone and wall open. He made me cry I was so upset, and all I wanted was my legitimate questions answered, which still remain that way. I would like Professional contraction to follow through on what they said: remove the windows, inspect them to see if and/or where they are leaking, and replace everything in working order. ~[redacted]
