Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Again Mr [redacted] has not set a firm date for payment It’s been anywhere from 2weeks to 2months for almost a year now I feel this is just a stall tactic I told him a few weeks ago he could mail a money order or cashier check but he didn’t respond I have pages of documentation showing how often he said he would pay me, yet has not made any effort to follow through Regards, [redacted] ***

This is being more than reasonable I will give mrs [redacted] thats more than fair

The original agreement was for and I offered this is my last offer I will give her thats my last and final offer I will not pay anymore than that if mrs [redacted] won't accept that offer she can do what she has to do I did not just take her money and not do any of the work I did complete some work at her residence this is more than fairI already explained that it wasnt just for the cement pumping there was other work involved that I completed im not forsure if the additional work besides the pumping was put on contract but I know what me and mrs [redacted] agreed on and what was involved and I will not give her anymore that what I offered

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:$is not a fair settlement for me The $4k is the cost of the cement truck that was not used The rest of the money that was paid, some work was completed He charged me $k for the truck alone and that's what I want What's not fair is that my home was left exposed for months because of his "honest" mistake What's not fair is the months and months of excuses of why the work couldn't get done I'm asking for the $for the unused cement truck Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Good morning [redacted] texted me over 2weeks ago saying he was bringing me money within weeks The original settlement he offered said within months We are going on months now Thank you for your help in this matter Regards, [redacted] ***

On March 3rd Engelhart my company to do the foundation repair on the right side of her house and also do some repairs on the inside of her home the inside work consist of installing a small beam and also framing up around some water pipes that were exposed.Mrs *** paid me dollars to do
the inside workAll inside work was completed.mrs *** liked the work so she also hired me to install a beam under the right side of house.I admit I did put mrs *** off for awhile that was my honest mistake.I eventually went and installed the beam under the right side of the house. The beam was installed exactly where it was supposed to be and we both agreed to next I explained to mrs *** that she had a very large void underneath her house and that she needed to get it pumped with concrete so her structure would be secure.she agreed and we both agreed on dollars and that also included digging the tunnel out more and removing the excess dirt from the tunnel and then I had some personal things going on so I had to prolong the cement company.when I finally had the void set up to be pumped mrs *** canceled and said she no longer wanted me doing the pumping and days later I found out from someone else that she had another company do the work mrs *** is the one that canceled on the job not me.as far as the work I did at mrs ***s I completed all the work I was supposed to do except the concrete pumping.mrs *** then text my phone and said to bring her dollars and we would call it even.I agreed to the and told her that was fairI am willing to bring mrs *** the within the next couple weeks but im not willing to bring her dollars that wouldnt be fair to me thank you for your time

I am rejecting this response becauseUnfortunately Mr ***'s recollection is not quite the way it went down I did contract him to do the inside work and to put the piers on the right side of the house on March 3rd The agreed upon price at that time was $paid on that day When he finally came in July to start the outside work, a person dug for a couple of days and then the excuses started From July to Oct it was excuse after excuseHe told me there was no beam under the right side of the house and charged me another $Which again I paid him within a couple of days of him telling me Then it was the void Another $which I also paid him within a week I have all the cancelled checks with the work in the remarks I was put off until Nov at which time he did do the inside work and some of the outside He told me he was going right then to pay for the cement truck when I gave him the money If that was true, the cement would have been poured in Nov and not put off for more months Yes I did hire someone else to do the job because I could no longer believe that the work that I paid for would ever get done I have all the messages where he has said he would bring me the money and that he was at fault, but as shown from the start they are just words I did offer him a $settlement, which he never acknowledged It wasn't until after he was contacted by you that he gave any indication he saw the offer No acknowledgement at the time tells me he didn't accept it Did get a message from him asking that if he gave me the money would I remove the Revdex.com report His words I don't need this ** following me I feel in my gut that I am not the only person he has done this to He also said he found out a few days later that I hired someone else Not exactly accurate He went to that persons house within an hour of my telling him his services were no longer needed The new companies employee lives just down around the corner from me He could go there to try to confront him, but couldn't drive up the street to talk to me Since he was contacted by you I again have heard I'll bring money in "about" weeksI will accept the cost of the unused cement truck$ As far as the "digging " he's claiming it was already dug out and exposed for months And as far as filling it back in, he would have had to do that with or without the cement truck I have my contracts and copies off all the message transactions available at any time you need them.

I am rejecting this response because:$2900 is not a fair settlement for me.  The $4k is the cost of the cement truck that was not used.   The rest of the money that was paid, some work was completed.  He charged me $4 k for the truck alone and that's what I want.  What's not fair is that my home was left exposed for 7 months because of his "honest" mistake.  What's not fair is the months and months of excuses of why the work couldn't get done.   I'm asking for the $4000 for the unused cement truck
