Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/08/26) */
PMS received these accounts on January 12,2015 we sent out our first notice to Mr. [redacted] that same day. PMS has no record of any incoming calls from Mr. or Mrs. [redacted] and we did not have a phone number when the account was listed so we...

have never called them on these accounts. We have requested our client to send out the itemized statements on these accounts and the [redacted]'s should have received them already or will be shortly. Once the [redacted]'s receive the documentation they just first requested thro the Revdex.com they are free to call us to resolve their accounts and we will request the accounts be removed from the credit bureaus.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/08/26) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
as of today's date 08/26/2015 nothing has been mailed to us...as before..... I feel that PMS has jumped the gun by filing a report with the Credit Bureau . I was never given the option to clear this up before it was reported to the credit Bureau. I WANT IT REMOVE from my report. And now they are willing to work with us ? Paper work was never sent out like I asked up to this date. it s has been 6 months... And why wouldn't fairview home infusion have our number ? Wondering what that means home infusion ?
We have talked to a person by the name of Ms. [redacted] and the last time we ask her to prove it, her remarks were never mind, I just report it to the credit bureau... ...kind of a threat....then, guess what it was report 3 months after they received it...I will wait for the paper work...in the mean time remove it off my report.
Final Business Response /* (1000, 19, 2015/09/18) */
[redacted]'s wife [redacted] called in to our office and stated she wanted to settled the account, but had yet to receive the itemized statements. She claimed that even though Bloomington is their correct address that they don't receive mail unless it is marked as Minneapolis instead. She also requested that I send the paperwork via email listed on this complaint. I have contacted my client and gotten the paperwork and have emailed it to [redacted] as per her request. We are now awaiting their review of the paperwork and follow up contact from them to resolve this claim.
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 21, 2015/09/23) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Yes, we finally received the email with the billing, and will be working with Jeff [redacted].... I just wished it wouldn't
of taken tthis long. But, I happy it has been cleared up .

I am rejecting this response because:It contains unfair and deceptive claims. The debt collector did not make any calls to myself or my wife. Also, they only sent 1 letter and that letter contains multiple violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We dispute both the existence and validity of the alleged debt. In addition, we hereby revoke consent for the debt collector to call us using an automatic telephone dialing system and in fact request they cease and desist all [redacted]s with us regarding the alleged debt.

The FDCPA clearly states if a consumer disputes a debt in writing during the 30-day validation period, the debt collector must cease collection of the debt until verification has been mailed to the consumer. PCA sent you our first letter to Mr. A on 12/3/2015 triggering the 30- day validation period. Mr. A did not request validation during the next 30 days- instead, he waited until October 26, 2017 to send 2 different faxes to our office requesting validation of the 2- [redacted] accounts. Even though it is past the validation period PCA will resend Mr. A validation of the debts  to the address shown on this complaint. And if Mr. A would like to pay these 2 bills after reviewing the paperwork - PCA will agree to request removal of its tradelines on Mr. A's credit report.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/05/04) */
Mrs. [redacted] has contacted our office and received all documentation for her account. She has since paid this account in full with our office as of May 1, 2015.

I am rejecting this response because:  this company has never validated (shown any proof of ownership) this debt. To say they have is a lie.  They have my phone number, and mailing address.  I’ve called, faxed, and mailed. They didn’t respond with the 30 days required by the FCRA with any validatipn. As such, the information shpuld be removed from my credit report per FCRA rules.
