I dropped my jeep off to get repaired at West Mesa Auto CraftThey took about weeks to repair a day job The guy at the front desk told me it would be ready in about 3-daysA week went by and I decided to call to get the statusJoe said they were still waiting on the parts When I was making my apptJoe told me that I wouldn't need to drop off my car until the parts were thereThe next week my parts apparently came in and my jeep was finally fixed that next FridayI had to call and bug them as I was going out of town and needed my jeepI went out of town without my jeep b/c Joe said my jeep wouldn't be ready until around 5pmI don't know where my jeep was left but when I picked it up on Monday morning there was a horrid smellThe owner came out and did a walk around and said he wanted to check my jeep as it smelled like something died insideI could smell something but they sprayed a car sprayOnce that wore off it did smell like something died(smelled like an anim
Parts ordered for the repair of my truck, were not used and other parts were ordered and used instead at another placeThese parts are in box and not usedI asked for my money back and they refusedThis is bad business and I need my money not these parts I have no use forPlease help me with this situation, thank you
