Review: My mother passed away 6/15/15. She had a $10 credit with Refresh Dental. I called Refresh Dental 6/22, spoke with Jenna, requested the refund. Because there was no refund as of 7/13, I called, spoke with Danielle, who had Kara return my call. Because there was no refund as of today, 8/11, I called, spoke with Ashley, who said Kara was in a meeting and that I should wait another month for the refund. When I asked to speak to someone higher up, she said her supervisor was in a meeting. When I asked her why it would take another month, she said because of the mail. I have waited for the refund since 6/22. I believe I am being given the run around. I want my mother's $10 returned. There is an estate account for me to deposit it into. My mother's name is [redacted].Desired Settlement: Immediate $10 refund check made payable to The estate of [redacted].
