I personally bought my Konica Minolta Bizhub from the owner [redacted] in October of I bought because I thought I was dealing with an honest man and I have bound that not be the truth First He told me that I would be able to print boxes of envelopes through my new $17,copier deviceHe kept sending repair people to show me that I could print large volumes of envelopesThey never could make it workI was told about months ago from one of his repairman that the machine would never people to print large volumes of envelopes I had tried to call [redacted] many times about this issue and never received a call back I spoke with him today about another issues that he promised me and just fired me as a client I have been paying an additional $per month so that his company would make sure that the Bizhub would always be connected to my networked computersHe told me that the $was to pay for the warranty on the controllerI asked him what I was paying my per click charge for thenHe said that it covered everything elseThis is a complete untruthful statements On the agreement there was a statement that my fees would never go over 10%He told me personally that it would more likely be 1% - 2%He has raised my fees every year10% and one year about 13% I do not recommend this companyGo anywhere else

I have been paying an additional $15 per month so that his company would make sure that the Bizhub 452 would always be connected to my networked computers. He told me that the $15 was to pay for the warranty on the controller. I asked him what I was paying my per click charge for then. He said that it covered everything else. This is a complete untruthful statements.
On the agreement there was a statement that my fees would never go over 10%. He told me personally that it would more likely be 1% - 2%. He has raised my fees every year10% and one year about 13%.
