Review: We purchased seven double plane glass window replacements from this company. At this point there are no problems until we went back to the business to have the issue fixed. We went to install the glass and the size was 1/8th inch larger than we specified. There was room for the glasses to be cut 1/8th of an inch smaller, so we returned them. [redacted] (whom ever that may be), at this business, proceeded to cuss the customer with extreme vulgarity. *-bomb, etc. We do not execute our work in this manner and feel that people who do, should be held accountable. Thank you. [redacted].Desired Settlement: At this point, repair is requested at no charge, although we were willing to pay for the corrections of the issue that was on their part. Not only was the customer cursed, the installer was as well cursed at.

I first of all feel that if a person wants to file a complaint and sign his name to it he should have been present to give an account of the incident. Where I come from that is "Hear Say" and will not hold up in a court of law. Secondly I or no other employee of our company cursed the woman that came in our business and the installer wasn't even there that I supposedly cursed. I was there and can give a truthful account of the incident (as well as the two people that witnessed it). The woman whom had ordered the glass and also returned to pick-it up came into our office on the morning of Wednesday May 22nd complaining irately that we had made her insulated glass units 1/8" to large in both directions and because of us she had broken one of them. At that point I went out with the woman to her car to get one of the units to check the size (it was no wonder one was broken with the way they were piled in her front seat). I asked to see her ticket so I could compare the sizes ordered to the actual size of the units. She didn't have a copy of the ticket so I got our copy along with the manufactures ticket and a ruler. Both copies of the tickets were an exact match to the size of the units. At that point the woman began cursing and swearing and demanded we cut 1/8" off of each unit. At that point I tried to explain to her that we couldn't cut the glass once the unit had been sealed together, now the yelling and cursing really got bad (so bad one of our employees come from the shop to make sure everything was OK, he was concerned my wife may be in there by herself). Had the complainant been present I don't think he would be complaining, only embarrassed by this woman's actions. Pryor to her acting the way she did we would have been more than happy to try and work out a way help resolve the problem she had; but now I do not want her or the complainant in my business ever again. As far as I can see this is just a tactic to try and have me pay for his mistake. The facts of this complaint are as wrong as the measurements he gave us to order the glass from.
