I called my home warranty company in the morning since our garage door opener was not working. Bryan R. arrived the same afternoon and diagnosed an issue with the receiver board. He obtained a new board and promptly returned the next day and finished the repair. The service and responsiveness was outstanding! Thanks Bryan and Professional Doors and Windows.

WOW what a GREAT experience we just had using this company. The technician (Bryan Reyes) exceeded our expectations. He explained everything he was going to complete prior to doing them and always put the customer first. I hired this company to work on my garage door, they sent Bryan and another gentlemen out to the house. They arrived on time, kept me up to date with text messages as to where they were, even sent me a picture of what Bryan looked like. They resolved our problem and were so friendly and professional, These guys knew what they were doing and showed me how to work another remote device we had that wasn't here at the time. Will most certainly be calling them for any and all work we have on the door in the future.

Placed a request with my Home Warranty Company on a Tuesday night for a repair to my garage door, which would not open. I called Professional Doors and Windows LLC the next morning (Wednesday) to set up an appointment. I explained to the receptionist, Barbara, that I needed the door repaired as soon as possible because the spring had broken and there was no way I could lift the 300 pound door to get into my garage. She was very nice and tried her best to schedule my appointment as soon as possible.Their guys came out the next day (Thursday) and replaced the broken spring. In December of last year, the rollers had to be replaced and the door needed to be adjusted. The Warranty company sent another garage door company out, at that time, and they told me they could not adjust the garage door to touch the floor of the garage on the left side, because floor of the garage was not level. So, the door, when closed, was above the floor about 2 inches on that side. Well, evidently that door company was incompetent, because Greg, from Professional Doors and Windows was not only able to install the new spring, but also adjusted the door properly and now it touches the bottom of the garage like it should! I have nothing but praise for this company! They are professional from the lady who handles the orders (Barbara) to the guys who install and repair the doors! I highly recommend them! If I ever have trouble with my garage door in the future, I will make sure my Warranty Company sends them out and never sends out the other company they sent out in December last year!
