Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to Mr [redacted] complaint.The coaching program that Mr [redacted] enrolled in was a session coaching program that has a 3-day right of rescission It also comes with a guarantee that states we will help him put together a financial action plan to help him exit the rat race It is because of the guarantee that we do not offer a money back guarantee with the programMr [redacted] did not contact us to cancel within the 3-day right of rescission period and because of that we do not offer refunds, but will help him complete the program and abide by the guaranteeWhen he enrolled, we reviewed the payment options with him as well He agreed to a payment plan that included payments of $each, with each payment coming days apart We billed him on the dates agreed upon.We would like to help Mr [redacted] complete the program and will do everything in our power to ensure it is a good experienceSincerely,***

To Whom It May Concern: We have reviewed Mr [redacted] complaint and appreciate the opportunity to respond We are sorry that he has not been able to see the value in the coaching program While it is true that the online module material is derived from the existing Rich Dad information, the augmented value comes from the Coaching Sessions and the access to the coaches via the Resource Line.We have reviewed the enrollment of Mr [redacted] and have found that the program director reviewed the program fully and reviewed with him the 3-day rescission period We are sorry that he does not recall this, but it was stated very clearly what the cancellation terms were.At this time we would like to help him move forward with the program and help him achieve the direction he desires.Sincerely, [redacted] ***pliance and Student Resolutions

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Correct me if I’m wrong but you have a untold day cancellation period which is not enough time to know if this is worth canceling or continuingI can understand loosing my first payment off $dice I vurnerable and fell for your lineAnd it’s very obvious that you are going to rip me off my money just because you can.Not the first one of you here call to try resolving the technical difficulties which proves you don’t even care, of course you don’t, Mr [redacted] just gave you $for free.But regardless of your crooked corporate policy to rip off hard working people, I think you should be a honorable company that u claim and refund my money Sincerely, [redacted]

This trial included the activation fee... of $4.95 and then a monthly billing of $59.95 after the trial was completed. We have reviewed our clients complaint and we are very sorry for any troubles this order may have caused. The order was created at the clients request, but we have moved forward with a full refund and cancellation of the order and consider this complaint resolved.Sincerely,***

We are attempting to work out an amicable solution with the customer. We are offering additional coaching sessions at this time to help the customer move forward. If they choose to decline that offer then we will attempt to work out a partial refund that all parties find acceptable
