The technician arrived a half hour late, though he did call 15min after the proposed arrival time to say he was running lateWhen he did arrive, he looked at the electrical panel and outlet and said all that was needed was to change the outlet itself: no new cables to run, no new breaker, no additional groundingNonetheless, he still charged me $165, just increased the price for his labor and included the time he went to the store to buy the outlet, which was less than $I felt extremely taken advantage of as a single woman and would never use or recommend this company to anyone
