My name is bryan *** *** ** professional exteriors. I got a call from susan *** on October to do some construction for her home in *** ** on *** ***I told susan I can not do the work as I'm going threw some personal stuffShe was fine with that and had
hired *** *** from *** wiSusan had called me many times asking me to come check out ***s work as I told her I'm not her contractor She said me and gerg trust u and would be greatfull if u couldAs *** walked off the job and Susan had called me in January asking me if I could help them outI told her again right now I'm very busy I can see what I can doSusan then hired a guy named *** was doing some work as I did come help susan trim some windows out so she could keep the job movingIn may ** walked off the job susan called me again asking me to come out look at the work as she's going to sue *** for the bad workWell as I told her u can't sue someone for work that u had another contractor start onSusan then asked me could u please help us finishI told her I will but I can't be here all the time she said that's fine gerg would like to do most of the framing and get it ready for sidingI told her I'm ok with that but I don't warrentee anyone's work and as of the job I'm coming in to help I can't warrantee it she was fine with itSo I did some work in may again and in June we did some more workSusan said gerg will be in contact with u when the rest is ready I said okIn August we went back finished up the pourch and the rest of the siding that needed to be doneThere was alittle bit left but we were waiting for gerg to finish. I told them to let me know when the rest was readySo in november gerg texts me asking me when I can come back I said won't be till December So me and my guys went there to find out gerg took apart and replaced alot of the work that both him and Susan said looked greatI asked greg why he said susan wanted it changed she he just went and did the workWhen I was there greg started to add more work on I asked him can u sign a change order as this isn't in my agreement he said no we don't have anymore money we thought cause we been giving u work we all could help each otherI finished up what I felt was left on my contract and told greg that day I will not be back unless u can sign an agreement for more moneyI would drive to there house to go over the job many times before hand and they would go threw the other contractors work instead of what they wanted me to do.I feel with the times I been there and the repairs I had to do because susan wasn't happy with the other contractors work that was done that they not only owe me the remaining balance of $but to pay me on top of that for the gas and time I wasted and hours of going there and greg wasn't ready for me I would like to see them pay me total $3,300.00I'm willing to settle this and walk away losingMoney if susan is willing to stop trying to bash my name and other contractorsI have many messages from susan saying she's going to sue *** and that she never went after ** .Thank u for taking your time.Bryan ***
