Professional Finish Concrete

And trying to think of away to blame someone else for itI have found out what type of business you have and how you run itand the type of Shady work you doAnd I hope no one else has to go through with what I have .? I wish I never had you to do any work for me.? sure is funny you put the other post down below in concrete like this one but you did come back and put the curring compound on that one..? I did not mean to imply Mrs [redacted] currently woks as a clerk, that is why is used the word worked in my first response, as in past tense.My response was truthful and we fully stand behind the first response? The only thing I regret is not getting a release in writing on the placement of the wooden post.? We have a long record of excellent customer service and satisfaction, that I believe speaks for it's self.? We will not be offering any refund?

We have done ever thing we possibly can to try to please Mrs [redacted] We never hung up on her, however we have stopped answering her calls, due to her hateful attitude She has made excessive complaints that we have responded to that were never anything to do with our work In the beginning she told us that she worked as a city clerk, handling all contractor complaints, and did not trust any contractor We have learned that it does not matter how far we go to try to please this woman, that is just impossible Mrs [redacted] initially called complaining about hair line cracking in the driveway, in the control joints of the concrete, the reason control joints are placed is to control cracking, all concrete cracks due to freezing and thawing We explained the control grooves are there for this very reasonThere was nothing wrong with the concrete Her next complaint was that the block retaining wall was not properly installed, we went and looked at it again and told her there was no problem with the retaining wall We asked her to call another contractor out to take a look She did and another company came and inspected the work They said everything looked great and that the problem she was having had nothing to do with our work, but was due to a mice problem After this she called and apologized to us.Her next complaint was also regarding the block retaining wall we placed for her, she said the blocks did not match The blocks all came from the same store from the same pallet of blocks, they absolutely did match Next she called complaining about a hairline crack in the sidewalk, it was so minor, that you could not even see unless it was wet This was due to a poorly designed existing retaining wall, (not performed by us) putting pressure on the sidewalkWe replaced this because, when we first began work at her home the concrete truck, which is not part of our company, they were just delivering the concrete hit her car, we felt so bad that this happened even though it in no way was our fault that we bent over backwards trying to please her We replaced the concrete that had been damaged due to the pressure of the existing wall We tried to explain to her that the same thing would happen, but she insisted that was the way she wanted to work performed Trying to please her we proceeded as she requested.Next she called regarding another hair line crack in the sidewalk, where she insisted that a wood handrail be placed We told her that wood can not be placed into the concrete that is expands and contracts causing the concrete to crack She insisted that is be done this way and we told her we would do it but could not be responsible for any cracking, she agreed and we preceded The concrete then cracked as we told her it would With all of the hateful calls and her refusing to listen to reason, and lack of knowledge about the project, we are done working with her
