I will accept as a solution the return of a technician to resolve the problem with the panel but I will not accept an additional charge since the first visit did not repair the problem.

Professional Fire & Security's had not done any business with [redacted] prior to June 2017. Mr. [redacted] came into PFS Assonet office Wednesday 5/31/17 to request a sprinkler inspection of his property at [redacted]. He was given a date and time of Thursday 6/1/17 at approx...

1PM in the afternoon. Technicians were onsite as scheduled and performed an inspection of the system. They found two gauges were expired and should be replaced. Additionally, the technician noted the fire alarm panel was in trouble. Mr. [redacted] called Thursday 6/8/17 at approx 4PM and requested a service technician to troubleshoot the fire alarm trouble. Service Technician was onsite Monday 6/12/17 at 7:30AM to investigate fire alarm trouble. Found system was indicating normal but batteries were reading low. This is frequently found to be the cause of intermittent trouble conditions. Technician replaced the two batteries and left the system in a normal condition upon his departure. Invoice [redacted] Dated 6/16/17 was created for the Sprinkler Inspection performed on 6/1/17. Invoice [redacted] Dated 6/16/17 was created for the Fire Alarm Service performed on 6/12/17. Mr. [redacted] called 7/7/17 at 12:30PM and stated he would not pay Invoice [redacted] for the fire alarm service performed 6/12/17 (nearly one month prior). His reasoning was that the Fire Alarm Panel had immediately gone back into a trouble condition when the PFS technician left. He requested a technician to return and troubleshoot. It was explained at this time that due to our companies having just started our business relationship that we would need to at least receive payment on Invoice [redacted] for the Sprinkler Inspection prior to us scheduling additional service. Our technician was onsite for the fire alarm service and performed work that was needed. It is not known if this is the same trouble condition or a new problem.  Payment for Invoice [redacted] was received on Monday 7/31/17 via [redacted] mail.  Mr. [redacted] came into the PFS Assonet office Friday 8/4/17 at 1:30PM and requested to speak with the Owner, [redacted]. He did not identify himself and refused to leave a message for [redacted], who was not in the office at that time. The was the last communication PFS has had with Mr. [redacted]. Invoice [redacted] is still open for the technician’s time onsite, the replacement batteries, and truck charge.Our proposed resolution would be to have a representative meet Mr. [redacted] onsite. Representative can check panel history if available and determine if panel's charger is bad or what additional repairs may be needed to remedy trouble.
