Thanks for reading our reviewWe dealt with Professional Flooring from Sept - Nov We purchased our cabinets and granite counter topsThey provided us with installation of bothOur installers were excellent, we were a little challenged with the communication with the sales personnel in the show roomThe assumption is everyone speaks Spanish There was an issue with the crown molding where the owner said that the cmolding would not fit in the kitchen but we knew it would b/c it was recommended by their installerThe timing and cost were not part of the original orderYou will also need to inspect the doors as a small crack was found on the outside perimeter of our lazy SuzannI called and sent pic but *** the owner has not responded back to us as of yetA contract was given to us last minute regarding the look and "veins" of the granite which is but should have been given to us earlier in the sales process
OVER ALL WE LOVE OUR NEW KITCHEN, the cabinets are cherry wood with raised panel doors, and the granite yellow Bordeaux is beautiful and we found matching onyx tile on AmazonThe cost and savings was worth the small aggravations we experienced I would recommend them just check everything- The ***'s , Eustis , FLORIDA

Hi my name it's *** *** recently had Professional Flooring Corp install cabinets and granite at my house and they did a fantastic job,my husband *** and I are very happy with the results,both crews were very professional,got to the job site on time both times, I will highly recommend this company to anyone,at first we were worry because of their online reviews but *** the owner convinced us that we would not be disappointed and she was so rightThank you professional flooring

Professional flooring is by far the absolute WORST company that I have ever had the pleasure of meetingBefore you go and say oh she must be exaggerating, let me tell you a little story
I just bought a house, the rooms were carpet so we decided to contact our seller to purchase the same floor that was set throughout the rest of the homeThis is how we found professional flooringWe were told by the investor to go there and let them know we were the home of xyz that they did and would like to purchase more of the same floor for property xyzThat is what we did, the ladies greater me great, I explained where I was from, they confirmed etcI thought everything went well until I realized they had sold me the wrong floor (this was after I bought, picked up and the drive the floor home to find out that it didn't) when I went back to return it and *** them out they said that they didn't have the invoice of the floor they used to my home because they destroy their paper records afyer months and that they were going by the picture I showed me and that they were trying to help
This was strike Let me begin by saying that I was never informed of the fact that they were only going by the picture, I was told they were going by records, I did not know about their "we throw away our records after months policy" this is how they tried to blame me for their mistake

I brought a sample of the flooring when I returned the wrong floor because my handy man had already pulled up all the carpetI then come to find out that the floor was out of stock until June 25, We agreed to this because we were still living in our old rental and we had until June to move out(BTW I had a newborn while dealing with all this)
A week later I called to get an update on the arrival of the floor, to my surprise I was told that the shipment was delayed until July On July the shipment had arrived to the port but would not be at the warehouse until july due to the 4th of July weekend, on July 5th the shipment had then been detained for "inspection" but would be released by the or On the 7th we found out that I wouldn't receive our floors then eitherWe received our floor July 13, Had I been able to buy it elsewhere in would have gotten a refundStrike
From June to July 13, I was in constant contact with this companyTurns out their customer service skills are as of they are talking to friends and not customersThey argued with my husband and I at every turn, they tried to pin the blame on their customer at each turn, they said in multiple occasions that they would call back and never didThe manager had given me her number for updates and when she would respond via text she was rudeAs if she was doing me a favor...as if I was not a paying customer
Strike was when one of the men from the warehouse decoded to use my contact information for personal useHe contacted me to express how beautiful I was and how my husband was a lucky man don't get me wrong, this is obviously flattering but to get my info from am invoice, without my consent by far the most unprofessional thing possibleOh did I mention he also used my information to find my private fb?Yea, he did that tooLastly I told the manager who at first "didn't understand" what had occurred and began asking questions about how HER EMPLOYEE would get my nunber
Needless to say I think they more than received this bad reviewThe only thing they did right within this whole thing was that when the floor arrived they did free delivery....otherwise STAY AWAY!
