Zee Auto Group/ Kia of Milford ran my credit report on 09/30/according to [redacted] I attempted to contact "Alice" the controller from the recent sale of [redacted] however she will not return my call I have made no attempt to purchase a vehicle in several years and I have never been to a dealership in the Zee Auto Group

Horrible car buying experienceLeft dealership with a deal only to be called back days later to "renegotiate" said deal after all the paperwork and delivery of car had been finalizedVery poor managementWould not recommend

Staff was friendly and helpful at firstThe sales guy Gregory "Greg" B*** was friendly but NOT knowledgeableHe only knew the basics of the car of interestHad it not been for his Supervisor James M*** I would of walked out not a good sales guyJames who is the manager and also works with the finance end was very helpful at first trying to get me the best dealOnce my Credit Report was ran and the numbers were not matching what I was comfortable with, he slowly became uninterestedI was very disappointed because although my score is not great I am still a customerI was told to come back approx days later and I had scheduled an appointment and while at my appointment we didn't get far & was told to come back in an hour while he tried to see if leasing would be a better optionI came back hours later and was greeted by "Greg" letting me know they were very busy that day and perhaps I should come back another day At this point I was bothered because I had an appointment and I was a customer just like everyone elseBeing "dismissed" because they were busy is lousy and unprofessionalI am no different than any other customer trying to purchase a car I told Greg its been almost a week and at this point if I wasn't going to be given service I was no longer interestedGreg just said ok no problem, have a nice day! needless to say Jim didn't call me either as a follow up or to even let me know about the leasing optionsI called back days later and was told that jim was busy and leasing was not an option.I guess I wasn't a big dollar sign for them for commission so they didn't care that I was walking out of their lotI had also put down a small cash deposit which I was told they were NOT going to deposit in to the bank and they ended up depositing the money anywayThey were going to now send me a checkI call weeks later to check on the status of the check and Greg had the audacity to get on the phone a tad annoyed as if I was being impatient and he advised he "already" had told me the check takes approx 4-days for me to receiveWhen I expressed to him that its been longer than that, he tells me he will call me back Approximately minutes later he TEXTED me and informed me they had a "communication" problem and the check had not been mailed out yetNot only did he show annoyance from my initial call but he didn't even have the professionalism to call me back So to anyone going to purchase a car at *** ** *** unless you have enough money to put down and a good credit score you will NOT be treated equally! customer service makes a differencego somewhere that will show you the same respect they show their CEO!
