in the possession of counsel: i.e. bond report[s]; warrantless arrest affidavit; “versions” of indictment papers; etc. Moreover, there is a very strict protocol for the transferring of an entire case file to another lawyer which requires new counsel to contact former counsel with a formal request which is signed off by the new firm. Lastly, we have email confirmation that [redacted] received the entire file which clearly satisfies his request and the items were paginated showing it was sent in its entirety. The law firm does have parts of the case file that I requested, but never received. Also I never sent an email to them that stated I was satisfied with what they provided to me. I want all parts of the case file that I never received or I will do what it takes to get their license revoked.
