Thank you so much for letting us know of the complaint filed with you by our client about a delay in recovering her refundAs we do with all complaints, no matter the source, we have investigated this in detailWe have a standard refund policy that should have gotten our client the refund of her service deposit without having to request, and in a timely mannerWe had some internal process breakdowns that we have rectified to prevent the repeat of similar incidents in the future.We did have a contact to our Billing Department on January 9, from our client's daughterAs a result of that contact, our staff had already begun their investigation and processing of the refundOur Administrator was also able to speak with both our client and her daughter on January 21, Our client’s daughter verified that the amount to be refunded is $1,which corresponds to the amount received from the clientShe was very appreciative of the folland grateful for the resolutionWe are mailing the refund to our client on Friday, January and have informed her daughter to contact us if the check is not received by Monday, January 26Rest assured that we take our client's concerns very seriously and look at this incident as an opportunity for correction and improvement of our servicesSincerely,Linda S***,MSHA, RN VP of Home Health and Personal Care/Private Duty

As a result of that contact, our staff had already begun their investigation and processing of the refund. Our Administrator was also able to speak with both our client and her daughter on January 21, Our client’s daughter verified that the amount to be refunded is $1,368.00 which corresponds to the amount received from the client. She was very appreciative of the follow-up and grateful for the resolution.
We are mailing the refund to our client on Friday, January 23 and have informed her daughter to contact us if the check is not received by Monday, January 26Rest assured that we take our client's concerns very seriously and look at this incident as an opportunity for correction and improvement of our services.
