I was referred to Able Masters by another plumbing company in my townI should've known to keep looking for a different company when the owner was too busy to take down my phone numberSo I call back I'm told a gentleman will be out at 3pmHe was approximately hours lateAll the plumbing in my bathroom was backed upBathtub, toilet and sinkHe took apart the shower drain & lever knob that controls the drainHe snaked the toilet & all water went down, apparently something got flushed by accident..makeup....lotion...?? The gentleman leavesI go look bathroom is a mess!! Black from the tools he brought in all over the placeLater that evening or next day my daughter goes to take a bath the drain stopper isn't workingI call company & at first I get are you sure it was working before he disassembled it?? I cannot believe he's trying to get out of this and blame me even before he has discussed any of this with his workerLong story short I get the run around....call you back....never doesI finally speak to gentleman that did the workI get from him the same story, "how is he to know the drain stopper was in working order?" Please keep in mind this is most likely an easy fixSomething put back not quit right!! Then he agrees to come out and look at itI tell him gonna be a few days because I'm going out of townHe practically starts yelling at me because I won't say when I'll be returning, I tell him I'll call him when I returnI'm a single mom with two children....I try not to give that kind of information out as it IS NOT safe to tell people when your house will be empty!! Well needless to say after many more phone calls to the owner and his employee no one ever returned to my home to look at let alone repair my bathtub drain stopPlus I was charged double the price that all the other company's say they charge for snaking a toilet!!! If in need of plumber skip this company!! You'll pay way too much in time and money!!

I originally called another plumbing company in Toledo to address my basement drain, which had cloggedThey were too busy to help but they passed Able Master's number on to meI called and he was at my door within minutesHis demeanor was professional and caring and I was very impressed with the speed, neatness and efficiency of his workI will be calling them again for any sewer problems I have in the future and would recommend him highly to anyone who asks

So I call back I'm told a gentleman will be out at 3pm. He was approximately 2 hours late. All the plumbing in my bathroom was backed up. Bathtub, toilet and sink. He took apart the shower drain & lever knob that controls the drain. He snaked the toilet & all water went down, apparently something got flushed by accident..makeup....lotion...?? If in need of plumber skip this company!! You'll pay way too much in time and money!!

We had a top-notch experience with this Able Master Rooter. I called at 4:45pm on a Monday, and he came to the house at 9:45am the next morning. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He even found our sewer clean-out access just by knowing where it would logically be located. It had been hidden under carpet by the previous owners. He explained things clearly, was careful not to make a mess, cleaned up after himself and instructed me on how to finish the clean-up safely, and even recommended a wonderful carpet professional to stretch the carpet back to the corner of the room. We were so relieved to have a true professional at a time when we really needed one, and we will not hesitate to call him in the future.

I just want to thank you again for giving me the time to speak with you regarding the errors that took place and giving me a chance to fix...

Sincerely, Mike For Revdex.com Review: I have spoken with the Customer and resolved the complaint I believe.  It became a series of mistakes after that and we actually had already refunded through her CC company the $500 on June 1st or prior to this complaint being submitted. You can see it in the attachment. She was fine, only frustrated that it had taken so long and she felt as though she was being disrespected when she made a call to my office. I have taken that up with that particular employee and we have written them up and retrained on how to interact with our customers. Please reach out to her to check to be sure we have taken care of everything that I told her I would do. I have not heard back from her so I believe she is satisfied with our conversation and the resolution. While I was on the phone with her she offered to stop the complaint. If it can be without being shown on the site that would be a great resolution from my perspective.  The Brewer One Hour company has prior complaints but they were from the prior owner as I purchased this company in July of 2014.  I plan on coming down to go over all of the setups for all of my companies with you guys face to face so I can be sure we have everything set up the way I should.
