Review: The company advertise that if you are not satisfied with the hearing aids ordered you may ask to change the hearing aid to a different brand. This must be done before the 45 day trail period. My trial period ended on Aug. *, 20*3 for the [redacted] hearing aids that I wanted to change. On July **, [redacted] I asked to change to [redacted] hearing aids and was---told thy were ordered but by July ** they had not come in to Professional Hearing Center. On Aug. * I sent a certified letter to Dr. [redacted] telling her that if my new hearing aids were not in before Aug. *, [redacted] I would cancel everything and get my $5,000.00 back. At this point I was called and told that they were coming in on the [redacted] of Aug. I could not pick them up for they could not be programmed until the woman [redacted] who does the programming comes back from vacation. She got back on the **th of August and I went in to pick up my new hearing aids. What happened next was the hearing aids were not the color I ordered but the color of a pair of [redacted] that early Dr. [redacted] wanted me to try out until the new ones came in. I declined at that time telling her I would rather wait for the new hearing aids. When I saw this color on the **th I ask [redacted] why I did not get the ones I wanted ordered. She told me they only make four colors and the one I wanted was not one of them. She began to program them and I felt rushed and when she finished I had them on and told her the sound was very low, she explained that I would need more adjustments and to just ware them for a couple of days and call her. I got home thinking that all the paperwork for the new hearing aids was in the package she gave me, and there was no paperwork showing the serial numbers of the hearing aids or dates of order and no 45 day contract for trying this new product. As I was wareing them the left ear went dead, I changed the battery and nothing changed. Also the hearing device came apart on the left ear and fell off of the wire to the floor. I could not get it back on and now I was extremely angry, I called the office it was late and closed but I left an angry message. I then decided that I have been lied to and the new hearing aids were not ordered, I know that you can check this out for me, I cannot work with these people any longer and today I sent a certified letter telling Dr. [redacted] that I could not work with them because I know the hearing aids they gave me were not the new order that I requested. I asked her to credit my card for the full amount $ 5,000.00. Because of the constant manipulation I received and all the lying I cannot continue with them that is why I am placing this complaint now rather than working agian on any level with them.Desired Settlement: I desire that this ends now and I get my money back in full. I need it quickly because I must find another place to buy [redacted] hearing aids. I work on the phone and not hearing well enough is harming my business. If it can be proven that these hearing aids are the ones I ordered, then I would have the proper paper work, so I can safely say that everything written here is true for I do not have that in my possession.

Please find enclosed a copy of your original contact for your [redacted] hearing aids. you signed and received a copy of this on June **, 2013. When you exchange the [redacted] hearing aids for Siemens. We failed to provide you with another copy of your contract showing the serial numbers of your new Siemens hearing aids and your "fit date".

As the contact sates, you have 45 days from the fit date of [redacted] which is highlighted) to return your hearing aids. This is in accordance with New York State Law. Should you decide to return your heading aids they must be in possession of my office. Professional Hearing Center. Prior to your 45 days This date is also noted on your contract and highlighted.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I will send back the hearing aids in question, in the condition that I received them, as stated in my complaint. My credit card will then be credited for the full amount paid due to the condition of the hearing aids I received, from Professional Hearing Center. [redacted]
