told us the apartment was empty and that it was in a very bad shapeThe apartment was only square feet and our team should have been able to clean in hoursThey cleaned for hour and halfAfter 1/hours they called the office and said they could not keep cleaning because they were not feeling good anymore, because there was rotten meat in the fridge, warms in the kitchen sinkThey were also tired because they were moving really slow because the apartment was really dirtyThere was a lot of mildew in the shower, tub, bathroom sink and toiletI called mr***, but he did not answer and we could not leave a messageRight after our team left he called asking where our team wasWe told him they left because the cleaning job was too big for our team and that we did not provide this type of cleaningWe told him that they were getting sick from cleaning it and had to leaveHe got really mad and started yelling and cursing and that he was going to do all this bad things to usI told him that we were not going back to finish that job and that he HAD NOT PAID US ANYTHINGAND THAT WE WERE NOT GOING TO CHARGE HIM ANYTHINGOnce again I do not consider him a customer of ours, because he lied about the jobHe knew how bad his place was and said it was a "SIMPLE JOB"We were trying to be nice by staying once we arrive and trying to clean the apartmentHe is not a customer of ours because he did not PAY US ANYTHING AND WE DO NOT EXPECT ANY MONEYS FROM HIMHe knew how bad was his apartment and he expected us to clean it for only $I questions what he was thinking

There are multiple untruths in this response
First, this was always to be a move-out cleaningThis was specifically stated in the initial phone call, and also the confirmation phone call I made the day before the cleaners arrived
Second, when the team left, there was no phone call that was made before the cleaners walked off the jobIf this is disputed, I would be happy to produce phone records to prove itThe phone call I made was not full of cursing, though I did tell them that I intended to leave negative reviews of their outfit everywhere I could, as well as filing a complaint with the Revdex.comThe team did not wipe the chemicals out of the oven before leaving, nor did they plug the refrigerator back in
Third, briefly, the state of the place isn't so much the issue as the fact that they walked off a job without notifying meThough the claims of worms in the sink and rotting meat are patently false, there is zero excuse to then walk off a job without lodging a phone call or any other form of communication first (again, I can and will produce phone records to prove this)
In short, there is a reason that this business is sitting at a solid stars, and that is their lack of professionalismI had another outfit come in and clean the apartment with no problems (and also received back my full security deposit, as a small counterpoint to the allegations of how bad the apartment allegedly was)
All I want from this company is an apology for their unprofessional behaviorHowever, after reading their response full of untruths, I seriously doubt that this will be the case

I received a check in the mail from Professional Home Cleaning Services issued on 9/27/to reimburse my repair expenses associated with substandard house cleaning work performed in July This reimbursement will satisfy my complaint so
long as the funds clearThank you for advocating on my behalfI am convinced that if not for Revdex.com, the business proprietor would have simply blown me off

Once I submitted a complaint with the Revdex.com The owner got back to me promptly and issued a check for the damaged product

We are sorry to hear abut the plate, we talk to the team and they did not notice braking anything. We will send you a check for $125 today. Once again we are sorry about the plate.

We were contacted by [redacted] to go clean his brother's apartment. When our team arrived they were told to leave by the person who lived in the apartment. We did not charge or invoiced [redacted] for the service. A couple of weeks later...

[redacted] called us that he wanted our team to go clean his brothers apartment. We told him that our team did not want to go clean because the apartment needed a lot of work . We are a maid service not a junk removal company.

My brother did not hire Professional Home Cleaning, Inc., I did. They arrived 45 minutes early (as I was driving to my brother's apartment). My brother did not know they were coming. I called to ask where they were and was told they had been dismissed, so I re-arranged to have them come back on another date. When they did not show up, I filed my complaint. They are lying to state that they told me they did not want to clean the apartment. I drove all the way over to my brother's apartment twice at a tremendous inconvenience and now, to hear that their response is they are a maid service, not a junk removal company is insulting. Professional Home Cleaning, Inc. does not deserve anything but the worst possible Revdex.com rating.

We can refund 50%.
