Review: I bought 3 Ton Double pump floor jack Quick lift Modle#[redacted], The owner come to our shop to sell us that jack or ask if we have any jack in need of repair. We asked if we buy new from you how will exchange of defective jack work he explained that all his jack are covered with life time warranty against defects. If there is one that if covered under warranty we will bring one out to you and take the defective one. We bought 2 jacks that day.One weeks after one of the jack stopped working. We called and left massage's and no one was returning our phone calls.
After 1 month of no call back we left massage that if we don't get jack replaced with in 5 days we ask that you take your jacks and refund our money.
Next day we got call back from owner (Robert Peterson) Apologizing for late respond reason was that he had death in the family and he is going to bring the jack to us with in 2 days. It took them another 2 weeks to bring us the jack.
Today one year later we have another jack that is not working properly. and we have been calling for 2 weeks to ask for replacement jack. Person on the phone receptionist keeps stating that the owner will call you back.
Today we called and asked to speak to the owner and we cant wait any longer if we don't here from him we will have to file court case. Owner called us back after 5min was extremely rude and asking not to speak listen only if we spoke he will hang-up the phone and will not call back, and only to say that he is going to Las Vegas next week and he is in control and we have to stop calling him for this jack and he is not going to replace this jack. he explained that he is in Wisconsin and we are too far for him and he did not make any money on the jacks when he sold it to us. We paid 400$ that he asked for. He is refusing to owner the warranty on his product.
We are only interested in getting the jack replaced under warranty with in week or so. We are giving him chance to do the right thing before we take him to court.
