Re: *** PKI Castroville
Acct: *** I submitted a certified Physicians Letter to PKI, Harrisburg, PA on 10 Mar 2020 as instructed in the agreement which releases me from my contract.
On 16 Mar 2020 the certified letter was received and signed for by Ryan Fleur.
On 14 June and 31 May I received collection letters indicating I owed for the full contract.
This is not what stated in the agreement, which, with Doctors Letter, releases me from my contract.
I would like this to be immediately resolved as I fulfilled my obligation and sent the certified letter as requested/required.
Also, NAC will not assist customers and PKI throws us back to them stating they are bound the their contract and their is nothing they can do. This is unlawful practice and PKI can most certainly tell a collection company to do what they want them to do.

Please release me from my contract and send confirmation letter to me and NAC immediately

I certainly understand your frustration. This is a challenging time for everyone. When you joined the 16 week challenge it was because of your decision for better health and wellness. Unfortunately, we all find ourselves dealing with COVID 19. As far as the contract you signed for the challenge it is a three way contract. Yourself as the participant, PKIMMA as the provider of facility and services, and NAC who holds the contract with both of us and signed you up. We are bound to our contract with NAC as well. So because of our obligation to NAC and those who signed up we immediately provided classes made available via Facebook as soon as the Pandemic began to keep our agreement to NAC and our contract. Of course, we are striving to meet our end of the agreement to NAC and also those who signed up by providing the facility and services as we agreed. As we did, by expediently providing classes via Facebook Live through the Pkimma group which were and are still available for those who desire to go this route. Also, classes resumed May 4 with stringent policies and guidelines. If you are unable to attend classes due to financial hardship that’s another issue. If you call NAC and let them know of your financial hardship they will freeze current month. Also, monthly calls will need to be made if you are needing to freeze another month. Saying that, though, your 16 week challenge will be delayed. And of course classes will not be able to be attended if you do go this route. We are here to support your decision for better health and wellness. Please know it is our desire for customer satisfaction always. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do. Thank you.

I am submitting this claim because the members of the PKIMMA gym- Castroville- are still being charged monthly fees during the Coronavirus crisis even though the gym/dojo is currently closed. We are being charged for services without services being rendered. The gym/dojo closed March 16,2020. I have requested for billing to be suspended until this crisis is over or until the gym/dojo reopens and the owners have not ceased payments from members. Major gyms like Golds Gym have suspended payments from their members. There are government programs in place to help small business owners during this crisis. Members should not be charged for services they are not receiving.

I signed up for pki mma gym at the castroville location with the contract stating we will be required to go 3 days out of the week. Now with the covid19 virus work is cancled the money we pay to the gym could be used for necessities that we have to pay water rent electric. I shouldnt have to pay for a service I am unable to utilize ive reached out to them so many times about whats gonna happen when will I stop getting charged, that they dont even reply back anymore. I understand that there are small business loans out there to help them during this time but what anout my help they shouldnt kwep charging even golds gym stopped charging their contract members. They are a non essential business they should sease charging since they seased service.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:i didnt sign up for classes on fb or restrictions. Also I signed up with yall I didn't sign up with a 3rd party company yall work with so if I have an issue yall should be one ones to fix it I shouldnt bbw penalized cuz "yall work with them to and crediting everyone at once would bankrupt you" your words not mine. So no I don't find this reason to steal from people during this pandemic valid. Since holds gym let their people out of their contracts and stopped charging them so why couldn't y'all? This is a trash company with many complaints from many girls and I hope everyone reads this and doesn't sign up.

Regards
