I bought a radon gas test kit for my new home. In the directions it says to obtain your registration number on their website before you mail in your specimen. There is no place on their website that provides one. I called customer service and was hung up on immediately THREE times in a row. The fourth time I called, I started off by saying nicely, "Hello, I keep getting hung up on, but..." CLICK. Hung up on a fourth time! I googled reviews of ProLab Inc. and found many other people saying they are scamming customers and saying you are better off burning your money. Glad I did not even get to mail mine in with a $30 check. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Same as other negative review and most on the Home depot web site - they repeatedly say the submittal arrives late and cash your check for doing nothing. No customer service, no where to leave a message or speak to anyone. It is a scam pure and simple. I could understand somehow it arriving just beyond the required 9 days but to see most everyone indicating they are told it arrived over 20 days later, that is a business practice.
Pro-Lab, Inc. has been our go to environmental laboratory for years, they are a serious company with great products and customer service. It's amazing they can still provide such great attention when they process a large volume of lab tests. I would highly recommend Pro-Lab, Inc. for any kind of environmental laboratory testing.
