Same as other negative review and most on the Home depot web site - they repeatedly say the submittal arrives late and cash your check for doing nothingNo customer service, no where to leave a message or speak to anyoneIt is a scam pure and simpleI could understand somehow it arriving just beyond the required days but to see most everyone indicating they are told it arrived over days later, that is a business practice
I bought a radon gas test kit for my new homeIn the directions it says to obtain your registration number on their website before you mail in your specimenThere is no place on their website that provides oneI called customer service and was hung up on immediately THREE times in a rowThe fourth time I called, I started off by saying nicely, "Hello, I keep getting hung up on, but..." CLICKHung up on a fourth time! I googled reviews of ProLab Incand found many other people saying they are scamming customers and saying you are better off burning your moneyGlad I did not even get to mail mine in with a $checkDO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
