Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all MrB [redacted] said in his response that I'm inaccurateI never said in my letter that he had met my dad Secondly, at this point it is a he said she said scenario [redacted] said she told MrB [redacted] of the maximum I wanted to spend and now he is saying she did notBecause there is no contract that monies is null and void Thirdly, I hope that this will be a lesson for MrB [redacted] as it has been for me to NEVER have any type of contractor do anything for you unless it is on paper Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on your letter dated October 15, which I receivedOctober 22,
I appreciate being allowed to participate in th is process
*** ***'s complaint is inaccurateI never met nor communicated with the resident of theapartmentAll of my communication was with the real estate agent *** ***
Ms*** told me she wanted me to do a good job as soon as possibleWe agreed that it would be basedon time and materialsShe did not give a price maximum nor say $1500- $maximumTheapartment was in poor condition, including the ceilingThere was mold in the bathroomIn consultationwith Ms*** we painted the entire apartment's ceiling including the kitchen because it was connectedto the living roomThis involved preparing the kitchen by covering the cabinets and walls in addition tothe other preparation cleaning, taping, moving of boxes and items in the rest of the apartment beforepainting
The size of my crew and hours spent varied during the period we worked on this jobMy company doesgood work at an extremely reasonable price - and this job was no exceptionI do not take advantage ofany customersI operate my business with integrity and professionalismThe amount charged wasreasonable and this complaint is unfounded
